Yesterday I had 3D type of mammogram. I have now been free of cancer in my right breast for one year!

I had a lumpectomy a year ago today and yesterday I had my first mammogram since that surgery. I was very nervous and anxious yesterday, but today I'm high on life! Life is good!!

Ladies that are reading this, make sure you get those mammograms. They can save your life, catch that cancer early!

I hope today is a most excellent day for us all!

The wind blew half my neighbors trash can lids open over night. So I was picking up trash this morning as well. I feel your pain. Hope your morning gets better!

The trash could have been worse. It wasn't too bad. Just embarrassing and tiresome picking everything up.

I have a pretty good collection service. They make separate runs for the trash and the recycling. But on days like today where it is extremely windy, he always lays them down after emptying them, so they won't blow around.

Now watch today I will talk him up and he will let me down.
