Sometimes I really do with pace this forum moves. Certainly multitasking is a detriment to staying current!

Yeah that's an asset in my organisation... Lots of machine testing, notation and talking to manufacturers/stakeholders at the same time (not my current role but I know of engineers that do this). Kinda helps me stay on top of this thread.

After this one I have about a 5-6 week turnaround to the next one

Yeah it's a half mara year for me. I wanna crack sub 1:40 on road. Got an A-race and a back up race lined up.

Look forward to reading about your results from the upcoming race! I'm excited.

Happy Saturday Coziers!

Morning workout is in the books. But Mother Nature and the hours of thunderstorms and tornado warnings ruined my plans for today. The trail I was going to hike will most certainly be washed out.

So for now it is make breakfast and contemplate alternative plans for the day.
