I feel like you’re younger, though… I should have started getting them a decade ago, I think!
I recommend, if you can, going somewhere like a breast care center at a hospital. They usually have a number of staff members dedicated to screening mammograms. All my appointments have started on time, or even early, because the techs aren’t having to potentially repeat imaging following radiologist review for patients who are there for breast cancer rechecks. Before I started going to a breast care center, I would routinely have wait times of 30-60 minutes. But that’s just my experience.
