The Cozy Corner

When I was working at the hospital I did a ton of walking both at work and in the gym. Now that I left that job I need to keep up my pace or I will gain weight easily. My knee isn’t great for running so I walk. And 5 million steps is a number that felt right. And of course if I reach my goal, next year I’ll have to do more because that’s the way I’m built.
Have you tried biking? I don't like running so I distance bike
 
Different kind of biking, but that sounds like fun!

When I lived in Boston I would bike all over the place just to give the early morning truckers a target to run off the road.

One morning I was biking down by the river when I was knocked off my bike by a very creepy looking man. When the police found him he was in bad shape. (Thank you Dad for all the boxing/self defense lessons). 😈
