The Demon's Armpit (open)

Terry

“Oh my dear Maiden, it would not be a fight with fists or magic, or swords, but a fight in lusts my dear. For I would never hurt a hair on your magnificent body, for it would destroy my soul and get me struck with lightning bolts from the heavens by the Gods and Goddess of the planes and condemn me to a eternity in hell. A place I have visited already and do not wish to go back to.”

He watched the snowball get blown away from a magical gust of wind and he felt the power released from her and he took note of that and bowed low again.

“So we have a element master here before me. I have only crossed paths with one elf such as yourself and I was quite not impressed. But such one of your stature does impress me, for not many could dodge a missile thrown from me, but if I wished to hit you, I would do so in a much different way, a more pleasurable way my dear Maiden.”

He looked to see Terance brushing the snow away and he smiled as he pointed to Ryssa, but he smiled at her.

“That was very impressive, who taught you the elements and how many can you command?”

She must have been a high-ranking guard, to wield the mighty powers of the elements was a high honor and responsibly, at least to his knowledge and that is what the elf that spoke to him of the arts told him. He wondered what other talents she had.

“You use magic a lot don’t you my dear Maiden? I sense it all about you.”

He walked closer to you and put his face into the crevice of your neck and seemed to inhale your scent as he laid a gentle kiss there.

“I can even smell the magic on you, better yet taste it. Very powerful…”

A place I have visited already and do not wish to go back to.

She took special note of this comment, more determined then ever to discover whatever it was he had 'lost' when he made his slip of the tongue earlier.

She bit her lip as he bowed low after watching the snowball go flying, wondering if she'd made the wrong choice. Perhaps it had been a mistake to let him have any knowledge of her magic. Though the ring of truth in his words caused her to nearly shiver despite the incantation placed on her, not to mention his cloak. She had no doubt he was quite capable of causing her harm should he choose it, though he'd get more of a fight then he might bargain for.

She glanced at Terrence and shrugged innocently about the snowball, giving him a warm smile, though she knew he was aware of most of her past, and many of her powers. She turned back to Terry at his next comment however,

That was very impressive, who taught you the elements and how many can you command?

She shrugged lightly and smiled brightly,

Was merely a parlor trick I was taught by a traveling sorcerer. Comes in handy to amuse people, but tis good for not much else.

She tensed however as she realized he wasn't going to buy that very easily as he stepped close to her. She held her breath as he inhaled deeply near her neck, causing her skin to tingle again as his lips brushed her neck, the spot they touched seeming to be on fire as he pulled back and spoke softly,

I can even smell the magic on you, better yet taste it. Very powerful…”

She stepped back, her eyes calm, not belying the trembling going on inside, though she was unsure if it were fear... or anger... or even something else that she dared not even think about. Annoyed with herself for allowing him to get under her skin, and realizing that he probably had sensed much more about her then she would have liked, she held her hand up in front of her, a closed fist at first, as she murmured a soft word again, and spun her hand over until it was open, palm up between them, a tiny flame dancing over it. Raising her hand and blowing softly, the flame dissipated into a myriad of sparks that glistened before fading away as if never there. Stepping near to him again, she leaned up and placed a gentle kiss on his lips before stepping away again.

Be careful... I wouldn't want you to get burned.

She smiled again, but this time a more serious one as she studied him.

Another trick, even more useless then the first.

He sensed she was not telling him the extent of her power, but he knew to be careful around her. He seemed to sense her likeness for him, but he was not quite sure, so he had to be on his guard.

“A mere trick, I do not know what you can command, but I do know you have powerful magic within you. I don’t care if you do not wish to tell me of them, for I am sure there are things about me you wish to know, but I am a big mystery, solve it if you can.”

He smiled at you again and watched you step back, and he again sensed her power growing within her. Terry was given a mage sight and could sense the auras of mages and scale their powers, and what he was sensing right now was power growing. He held his left hand back and felt the invisible bracer glowing; meaning to break the spell cast on it and reveal itself. If she were to cast a spell, he would be ready for it.

“What… are..”

He than saw her hold a flame in her hand and it soon turned to a dazzle of sparks and he watched and felt the power diminish. The spell cast on his Gauntlet held and remained invisible, he wiped his brow and smiled again to her.

“No I wouldn’t want to get burned, but if it was burned with your beauty I would not mind at all. You do not have to worry, for if you wish me to leave you alone, I will do as you command my Maiden.”

He bows low to you and has that smug smile on his face. He blows you a kiss and stands there looking at his left hand, there was nothing there to look at, but he brushed it off.

“How many other elements do you command, maybe you want to tell me now? Or do I have to do things to make you show me?”

He takes a step towards you and is in your face again as he looks to you.

“I wonder what other awesome abilities a high elf like you possesses. I guess I will have to find out the hard way now won’t I?”

She had every intention of doing exactly what he said, solving his mystery. He had intrigued her, had her on edge, more so then anyone else she'd met lately. Perhaps the fact that he was elven was why, she hadn't been around her own kind for awhile now... though his hair... beautiful though it was... was definately a bit out of place.

She watched him carefully as the sparks scattered, noticing him tense as if expecting something else. He bowed again and brushed at his hand, though to the bare eye, she noticed nothing amiss. She assessed his almost smug smile as he asked her again,

How many other elements do you command, maybe you want to tell me now? Or do I have to do things to make you show me? I wonder what other awesome abilities a high elf like you possesses. I guess I will have to find out the hard way now won’t I?

She chuckled at this, and relaxed a bit, her eyes finally sparkling again, though he stood very near her.

As far as other abilities, I'm just a typical elf I suppose, good with a bow, decent with a blade. But I've found other ways are much more effective at getting what I want... but enough of that. What sort of things would you do... to make a girl give up her secrets? Sounds like a challenge to me..

Winking at him, she flashed her hand out with no warning and a shower of sparks fell over him, though most had winked out before they got even near him, her eyes travelling over his bare arm again as she did so before going back to his as she smiled.

Perhaps it would be you who gave up all your secrets..

He was surprised at her move, he stepped back to see her throw a barrage of sparks at him as it showered him. His first thought was to use his gauntlet, but he decided against it. He knew she did not throw a huge spell at him, but he took a deep breath and thought he were to be struck my lightning or a similar spell.

“There shall be no secrets that will be revealed from me, for I have no secrets.”

He breathed a little easier when the sparks disappeared. He could not reveal the Gauntlet, not yet of course, there were very few of these in the world and he held one of them. A mage guard. A gauntlet that could absorb a spell and be held in the gauntlet and used against the caster, a very powerful item. If they knew of the ones that possessed the items than they could tell who he was. He didn’t want her to know yet, or at all. He would keep himself a mystery, until she found out, but he didn’t know if she had it in her.

“That was some trick there… you had me worried that you were going to strike me down with a lightning bolt. Now do I deserve that, for I have only kissed your magic, is that a crime? I would think this as a crime.”

He quick stepped to you and seemed to appear in front of you as he stole a kiss gently on your lips and patted your ass as he than quick stepped back again.

“Quick I am, and balls of steel I have. Ready to blast me down.”

He bowed to you and smiled.

She smiled as he took a step back, his face looking as if he were thinking about doing something, though he made no move towards her in defense. He seemed relieved when the sparks disappeared with nothing more coming from them. She tilted her head, watching him as he informed her that he had no secrets. Her musical laughter rang out again and she replied softly when she had composed herself, speaking in the language of her ancesters, a pure elven dialect rarely heard any longer,

Everyone has secrets. Some are just better hidden than others.. but none as well as the holder believes them to be.

She listened as he spoke about a crime, and nearly blinked as he seemed to suddenly appear right in front of her without moving. His lips landed softly on hers, his hand touched her rear end and she realized she was almost disappointed when he stepped back again. Her disappointment faded into amusement when he bowed again however, and she spoke again, in common this time,

Please stop bowing... someone might get the wrong idea. I'd hate for someone to think I was worthy of a bow.

Switching back to the elven speech she continued,

As for a crime... some guard their magic more highly than their virtue... you're lucky I am such an easy-going soul.

Her eyes twinkling, she smiled at him again, her entire face lighting up,

And I save the lightning bolts for special occasions.. fireworks you know.. balls of steel... well that could certainly be interesting with lightning around..

She glanced up at Terrence who was perusing the bridge they were fast approaching, though he glanced back at her with a wry grin, quite used to her teasing nature.

Her ancient elven was amazing, he understood it and could speak it, and she might be almost as old as he was, he smiled as he listened to her. He spoke back in the same language.

“There are too many secrets my dear Maiden, I have none, but I can tell you carry many, would you like me to tell you one of yours…?”

He grinned as he kept that smug grin on his face Still in the elven language.

“Me bowing to you, only means that I know who and what you are. Lesson to be learned, let not others see that what gives you away I think I recognize that symbol from my travels to the elven nation, I believe you are a High Elven Guard, for the King. Am I right? If not let me know, but from those markings, it looks like that to me. It is an honor, so I must bow to you, for it is what you deserve it.”

He sat on a rock and looked to you, still smiling.

“Look I mean nothing and I will tell no one, you have my word. But if you wonder about me, I am just a wanderer, go from town to town, tavern to tavern, earning cash here and there. All I have for weapons are this petty sword and this blade. That is all, nothing special.”

He unlatched his sword and dagger from his waist and tossed it to your feet, upon inspection, you see them as normal sword and dagger, looking pretty ordinary.

“See Maiden, I am nothing special.”

He smiled.

“I am very lucky that you are so kind, for I am sure that if you were on guard, I would be quite dead and you would not be so forgiving. Beauty and grace is what drew me to you. But it seems as if you like the company of power, such as Terrance over there, but I do warn you of powerful magic at the bridge. And if you are wondering about my balls, you are more then welcome for a feel… I am a ladies man. Some call me a bard… others call me a vagabond, I just call myself a flirt.”

He again walked up to you and brought you in for another kiss, but this time he put one arm around you and kissed you a while longer. He pulled away and smiled at you as he saw the daze in your eyes, he than kissed you again.

Her heart lept for joy in her chest as he smiled when she spoke.. he understood!, she had known he would... at the same moment however, she realized what that most likely meant, her joy fading somewhat, the band on her arm feeling like a shackle as he didn't make her wait long to prove her right. She stared at him as he spoke his beliefs about her, unable to deny them, unwilling to outright lie about such a thing. She bowed her head to him slightly, acknowledging his truths as he continued. She spoke softly as he tossed his weapons at her,

Most cannot deciper the markings, they think them simply an Elven House name or some other such triviality. 'tis my luck in life to run into one such person who does..

She looked at his weapons, though she did not touch them, though he had tossed them at her, it was not polite to examine someone's weapons too closely, a sign of distrust, an error she was not about to make. Nothing jumped out at her though from her cursory glance, if they were of magical means, it was well veiled from the casual eye.

She listened as he went on, smiling slightly, but not responding to his comment about companions of power. Her friendship with Terrence was an odd one, volatile at times, but not one she would explain without reason. A sarcastic retort was on the tip of her tongue when he stepped close again, kissing her more firmly this time, his arm going around her as he pulled back and looked into her eyes. She made no attempt to hide the look in them, a shining look filled with curiousity, a touch of wariness, and the heat of desire. When he leaned his head down again to kiss her, her lips met his and she pressed against him, giving in to her desire to be held. She kissed him passionately, her tongue tracing his lower lip before slipping against his, creating an almost intricate dance, before she finally pulled away, her eyes looking into his for a long moment before she smiled.

Ladies man, bard, vagabond.. and a flirt. Perhaps all are correct... as long as you are not a thief of hearts, I shall be satisified with anything else you wish to call yourself.

The way she kissed back was a way a woman has never kissed him before, maybe it was cause she didn’t know his reputation, which was a good thing. She kissed him, like she really wanted to, not out of fear, or out of I am going to kiss the Mercenary Leader “D”, not she was kissing Terry. True he was the leader of a very powerful army of Mercs, but he was not that person right now, he walked away from that to go to the “Demon’s Armpit” There were only a few ways people would know it was him, and his Gauntlet was one of them, the others well those were for later.

“Ryssa, that is the first time I have ever been kissed like that.”

You could tell he was a bit taken back, cause he let you go and he stumbled back and fell to his ass. He than saw that the spell on his gauntlet was about to wear off and he could not let you see the Gauntlet, so as it blinked back into view he punched his hand under the snow and he moved back, thinking of the spell he needed. Damn, he needed the diamond in his cloak to cast it again. He thought of how he was going to get it.

He thought back to the time when he was in the Elven Empire, he had been captured for the attempted assassination of one of the council members. The man known as “D” was a Assassin, Warrior, Thief. He was the leader of a Mercenary group called the Fallen Daggers, a deadly group of assassins, warriors, most elfs and some humans; humans did the front work, while the elfs did the sneaky work. “D” was not a ordinary elf, he was half Drow, half Moon Elf, trained to be a killer, but gentle at heart. He was not a evil man, he was just lost.

“You can call me Terry and accept me for that Goddess.”

He than closed his eyes and you saw your skin cast a flame with the color of blue, than suddenly a globe of darkness dropped on the two of you, you could see absolutely nothing, but Terry could see you. He rolled to his feet and ran for you as he reached stealthy inside his cloak to grab the diamond and he retreated back to the stone wall, he was half drow and he was trained to fight in the dark and sense everything in the dark, something normal elfs were not trained for. He waved the diamond over his Gauntlet and it turned invisible again and waved it once more to hold the spell inside. He than waved his hand as the globe of darkness dissipated and the harmless fire vanished from her skin as Terry took her into his arms and kissed her again, leaning her down.

“Passion.”

Her mouth opened in surprise as he stumbled and fell backwards, her hand reaching out for him trying to catch him reflexively. She missed and winced as he fell, about to step forward to help when he slammed his hand down into the snow. Frowning slightly, she started to ask...

Are you alright...

He looked at her rather oddly just before he remarked,

You can call me Terry and accept me for that Goddess.

She started to remark, but stopped as he closed his eyes. She saw a faint blue glow suddenly emanate, seemingly from her... a split second before darkness overtook her. She gasped in surprise, taking a step backwards before reason overrode her surprise. She held still, drawing her blade, though not attempting to use it. A moment passed and the darkness dropped, the blue glow fading from her as she looked up at him, her eyes stunned.

He moved to her side again so quickly that she had no chance to say anything, as he remarked, just before his lips reclaimed hers,

Passion.

Unable to think straight, she kissed him back, one arm around him, the other slipping her blade back through the strap that held it. Finally pushing him back, she stared at him, oblivious of anything else... she wasn't a young naive elven maiden, as much as he liked to call her that... she knew what the blue flame and darkness were. And she knew that the last time she looked, neither herself nor Terrence were Drow... Her eyes slightly wary again, she looked him over, glanced at herself and noticed nothing amiss, but wanted an answer nonetheless

Are you alright? What.. did you do? An.. and how?

Her eyes flickered to his white hair and she shook her head in disbelief as she stood there waiting for an answer.

Terry

“I..I..am fine, are you ok? That was a strange occurrence, I don’t know what happened, it must have been that strong magical presence I sensed earlier. You cant think that I did this now.”

He was kind of surprised that she pushed him away. He stood up and brushed himself off, he pulled his arm out of the snow and you saw nothing was there, just his bare arm. He walked over and picked up his sword and dagger, restrapping it to his waist again.

“You cant possibly believe that it was I that did that, do I look like a drow? It was not I, I don’t do magic.”

He again brushed himself off and his arm particularly as he walked to you again. He kept that smile on his face.

“Are you sure you are ok, I didn’t know what to do.”

He slipped a new gem from his hand into a pocket in his bag, you saw it looked like a fist size diamond.

“I hope there are no drow around here, they seem really tough and really nasty, but don’t worry Maiden, I will protect you.”

He drew his Katana and you saw it was rusted and poorly made, looked like in some places it was falling apart and cracking.

“Nothing will harm you when I have this in my hands.”

He smiled at you again.

You cant possibly believe that it was I that did that, do I look like a drow? It was not I, I don’t do magic.

She looked at him disbelieving, saying nothing, watching as he stood and brushed himself off, the arm coming out of the snow bare as it always had been. The smile never slipped from his face, but her eyes searched his, looking for any slip. She arched an eyebrow as she caught a glimpse of what seemed to be a rather large jewel slipping into his bag. She stared at him for an impossibly long moment, her mind spinning but deciding nothing would do from a confrontation here. Looking ahead to where Terrence had wandered off closer to the bridge, she was glad he hadn't noticed.. he wouldn't have left things the way they were, he'd have gotten an answer he liked, one way or another. Forcing a smile to her lips, her hand dropped away from the hilt of her blade and she put a hand on her hip, cocking her head, and reaching up to tug a lock of his hair playfully,

If you looked like a drow, other then that beautiful hair of yours, you'd be long dead.

Her forced smile turned to geniune amusement when he pulled his Katana and proclaimed he would protect her. Speaking in elven again she remarked,

Secrets. Can destroy you sometimes... if you let them.

Switching to common without a thought, she continued,

It looks as if perhaps I will be doing the protecting around here. If you were to strike armor with that, it would likely crumble in your hands.

Walking off in the direction of the bridge, she glanced over her shoulder and tossed him a smile,

Shall we see what this aura of yours is?

She began walking again, and did not look back, confident that he was following her. Her mind spun with possibilities, something familiar tickling the back of her mind, but she was unable to grasp it, it slipped away every time she thought she was close. She didn't believe him of course, he was too well armored, with too many mysterious jewels and adornments to be wandering around with merely weapons of the caliber he showed her. But if he'd wanted to harm her, he'd had his opportunity when the darkness was over her... and there was no doubt in her mind that he had caused it... but she was still standing without a scratch. That thought didn't escape her, whatever he'd done, it hadn't been out of malice.. or at least not that time. What bothered her the most as she walked was the fact that despite her doubts and fears, she still wanted to turn back to him and kiss him again, feeling his arms around her. Pushing that feeling to the deepest part of her, she flung the cloak back again, making sure her arms were free... she'd not be caught unawares again.

From the moment the snowball had struck the back of his head Terrence knew he was in trouble. He knew how playful Alyssa could be, and she often berated him for his more sombre outlook on life. His people were toughened by their ways, and had little use for flippery, though he had gained some insight into it with her japes.

Now with two elves travelling with him, he felt somewhat left out. They probably had more years between them than the eldest of his clan, yet they still showed a youthfulness of spirit which he long ago was forced to discard to survive the wilderness.

Alyssa seemed to have taken to the white-haired elf quite well, though he sensed her guard was still keen. Terry was, after all, a stranger, and somewhat mysterious at that.

"When you two love-birds have finished dancing in the snow," he said with some mirth, "perhaps we can focus on what lies ahead. I can see a couple of people at the foot of the bridge... well, one person, and..."

You could hardly mistake the other huge, ungainly shape at the bridge for anything other than what it was. It was only a few dozen yards further before you could smell it.

When you two love-birds have finished dancing in the snow, perhaps we can focus on what lies ahead. I can see a couple of people at the foot of the bridge... well, one person, and...

Her eyes flew to him as she heard the amusement in his voice and she smiled brightly at him. She was always teasing him to lighten up and it appeared perhaps he finally was doing so. Of course the snowball in the head had probably helped... though she could already hear the lecture she'd probably get later about letting the elf get too close. She'd have to think of a way to counter that one before it got started. Though sometimes it was fun to hear him shout at her, she had a hard time keeping a straight face usually. She knew her teasing was hard for him to take sometimes, and with another elf there, it was probably driving him insane already, and she thought to herself she would make a sincere effort to be good. Grinning to herself she knew that even a sincere effort was likely to fail however.

Her eyes narrowed though as her sight was better then his and she realized what the other creature at the bridge was before the smell hit them. She nodded at him so that he knew she realized what it was and that she would stop her games... for now. Her hand went over her shoulder and loosely plucked an arrow from the quiver, the action so practiced by now that it was barely noticeable. She held it loosely against the bowstring, not actually nocked yet, but it could be flying towards a target before one could blink if she needed it to. She did finally glance behind her to be sure Terry was there, feeling somewhat comforted by his presence behind her, knowing he wasn't likely to let something sneak up on her... unless it was himself.

He felt her tug on his hair and he winced a little.

“Hey, watch the hair.. that is how I get the ladies. And if I were a Drow, that would mean there would be a army near by and you would be taken down by the darkness. I would never associate with the likes of those evil elves.”

He looked a little hurt with the mention of Drow.

“I don’t know what you are talking about with secrets, I hold nothing back. You asked me what happened, and I told you, but your secrets, now there is something. But I only hold one secret, that I cannot tell you.”

He smiled at you and he than heard the Barbarian speak.

“Terrance, love birds, really do you think so. She is a big tease, but a bird, I don’t know, maybe a teasing bird.”

He looked to her.

“A lovely teasing bird that is. But I am well aware of the two at the bridge. One is a very powerful magic user, woman from what I can tell, whole body is emanating magic, the other seems to be a troll from what it smells like.”

As he was talking about the two, he had that red gem in his hand and he was spinning it with grace on his finger tip. You saw a flame burn inside of it and he was smiling.

“I will tell you one thing, he requires a toll to cross and he requires a lot. I got something for him though. We will cross, you can count on that, now… oh man.”

He saw Ryssa pulling her bow and an arrow, he again quick stepped and he grabbed her arrow from her hand and he also took a little feel of her marvelous ass as he got in front of her, he had her arrow in his hand.

“Look, he is a dumb troll, we don’t need a fight here. Keep your cool, I am not feeling a fight in this cold either, just doesn’t suit me.”

He looked to the barb, and he grinned.

“Terrance, keep your cool, find out who that woman is down there, I can smell her perfume from here, and might I saw it is magical.”

He had that grin on his face. He didn’t know who that was down there, but felt she was very powerful. His mage sight showed him that she was powerful, she almost blinded him, he had to look away. He covered his eyes for a second and he looked back to Ryssa and he rubbed his eyes and grinned at her.

“That was quite a firm ass you got there my dear Maiden.”

He smiled, but he was not quite sure about that mage down there. He didn’t want to reveal anything about who he was. But he couldn’t come off a coward. He would play it as it goes. He felt the feelings for Ryssa and he didn’t want to blow it with her. For the first time, he felt something for a woman and it had to be her, so he had to keep it real. He looked back to Ryssa and felt pain coming.

“Oh man…”

She had chuckled at his remarks about her being a teasing bird, though she didn't comment, her eyes more curious about the red gem in his hand. Her ears hadn't missed his comment about having a secret either and her lips had twitched as he said he couldn't tell her. She'd have to work on that. She was used to getting her own way, and one way or another she'd find what she needed.

She was shaking her head in amusement as she listened to him go on, and was about to take another step towards the bridge, when she suddenly felt his hand on her ass and she whirled around, her eyes flashing, but he wasn't there... he was in front of her already. Spinning to face him, she realized he was now holding the arrow she'd just drawn in his hand.

How..

She stopped, realizing it didn't matter. Her eyes flashed again, a glint of danger in them this time as she reached for the arrow, trying not to laugh as he said something about a fight in the cold not suiting him. Supressing her laughter, she glared at him, forcing herself to at least act angry with him, and in truth she was a bit annoyed, though at herself, and not him. He never should have been able to take the arrow, she'd obviously let her guard down far too much. Listening to him speak about the woman near the bridge, she found it interesting that one who proclaimed to have no magic could tell so much. Taking the arrow from him, she slid it back into the quiver, her eyes glancing once again towards the bridge. She was about to comment on the fact that had she wanted a fight, the arrow would have been loosed the moment she pulled it, she was well within her bow's range.. but the comment died on her lips as he looked at her with a grin and remarked,

That was quite a firm ass you got there my dear Maiden

Her mouth opened in surprise, but she moved quickly this time, stepping close to him and leaning forward, almost as if to kiss him. Her mouth stopped near his ear however and she knew he was well aware of the fact that her blade was drawn and pressed firmly against his crotch. Smiling pleasantly as she increased the pressure, she leaned forward and kissed his neck, her voice low and a hint of steel in it as she spoke in elven,

Stolen kisses are one thing. A quick feel is something else... I'd be careful if I were you... you might catch me really unaware and lose something you are fond of...

She stepped back and slid the blade away, as she smiled again, the playful glint leaping back into her eyes,

Touch my arrows again and you'll feel real pain.

Giving him a wink...

But then again, maybe you'd like that.

Terry

He bowed to her and he smiled.

“To quick for you? That is how.”

He smiled and he looked to the arrow, it was no ordinary arrow. It was beauty, wood that was aged and pure. He looked it over, not a flaw, beauty, but not a sign of mercy put into it. Who ever she shot with this arrow, would take there soul with it, and with out damaging the arrow. He watched her approach, very quickly and than she was in his face lips close to his ear, he than knew something was wrong as he than felt the blade of her dagger close to his crotch.

“Wha…?”

He than felt her kiss his neck and he let a soft moan escape his lips, no way she could have found his weak spot, he had to concentrate, block out the pleasure, concentrate on the dagger at his manhood. He than heard her voice, dangerous it sounded. He would have to tred carefully, did he cross a line?

“My Maiden, drawing a blade on someone that is unarmed is against a code of honor I live by, but if I have offended you in someway, I am deeply sorry, but I am playful and have plenty of time. Cause I know you liked it.”

Well he hoped you liked it, he now knew he would have to get a metal guard spell to protect himself, unless she had magical dagger, he didn’t sense any power from it.

“Just what kind of pain would you give to me. I was only doing what I felt was right, unnecessary blood shed is not required. Lets just pay the toll and be on the way.”

He watched her and knew she was a highly skilled warrior, to be a guard you had to be the best.

“Ryssa, I would never want to cross blades with you, for I barley can weild this sword to fend off a goblin, but there is no need for a fight. But might I say you have some fire in you, more fire than I have seen in a elf before. So touchy, so ready to chop off a cock, woo what a turn on.”

He again quick stepped and this time he rubbed your ass again and he smiled as you saw him running up the mountain side, soon he was out of sight. All you saw was a note left attached to your breasts.

“I could have groped you 5 times in that instant, plus rub your magnificent ass, ill be back in a few steps, have to use the little elves room.”

He was far up the mountain side and he felt hungry, but he had to send word to his men. He let out a soft whistle and a white hawk circled and let out a cry. Terry looked up and smiled. He than took a note out and tossed it into the air and he saw the hawk catch it and it flew off quickly.

“Get that to the men…”

He looked down and saw them still moving, and he caught up with Ryssa quickly and saw Terrance to the bridge almost.

“Sorry Ryssa, had to relieve myself, but I am all better now.”

He again walked close to her and he whistled as he walked, he was staring at you and smiling.

“By the gods you are beautiful. It must be a blessing to walk next to you.”

He put his arm around your waist and he pulled you in close.

“Just to get some body heat.”

He grinned.

She listened, amused by his words, unable to stay angry even for a moment, though that was the usual case with her. Her eyebrow arched as he mentioned being unarmed and she shook her head, knowing better. She was about to say as much when she saw the flash that was him moving and felt his hand on her again just before he took off running, up and out of sight. She snatched the note from her breast and read it, her lips quirking up as she laughed and mumbled to herself in elven,

Insane he is. Good Ryssa, nice going, you managed to pick a crazy one.

She looked up to where he had disappeared and her eyes were thoughtful as she consider a spell she had available, but shook her head deciding against it and began walking towards the bridge which was quite close by now, the woman and the troll clearly visible. She didn't turn her head as he appeared by her side again, knowing she'd never get used to him appearing and disappearing like that. She'd seen a few others who could do it and had ways to deal with it if she needed to. But it amused her, kept her paying attention, or at least trying to. Somehow he had a magnificent way of distracting her.

She smiled up at him, her eyes sparkling as he pulled her close and mentioned body heat. She pushed a stray strand of hair from her face as they walked, glancing up at him,

If 'tis heat you want, you need only ask. And have no fear, I'd never fight an unarmed man, though I've a feeling you might hold your own somehow.

She had considered tossing a warmth spell on him, one that would increase in intensity until he begged her to remove it, but decided joking would have to wait since they were nearly to the bridge. The woman seemed to be bargaining with the troll and waves of power did indeed seem to be rolling off of her.

Seems the poor troll might get more then he bargained for today.

Terry

He looked to her and kept his smile on his face as he spoke in elven.

“I don’t think I could hurt a warrior of your caliber. So strong, so much experience, so powerful, yet so beautiful.”

He bowed low to her again, he pulled her closer, as he leaned down to saw something to her, in a low soft voice.

“I know you like being close to me, so why fight it.”

He kissed her cheek softly and you felt his hand pat your waist.

“But the note was not telling a lie, I really could have fondled you all those times, but like a gentleman, I didn’t, I will just do so later.”

He saw they were getting closer to the bridge and he saw the woman and the troll, he than sighed.

“Tis true that he is going to get more than he bargained for, but I hope Terry heard me when I said there is no need for a fight.”

You heard a different tone come from him, and you saw a killers look in his eye, a look that said don’t mess with him. Again he had the red gem spinning on the tip of his finger that flame inside of it burning, than he noticed it and grasped it and hid it from view.

“Sorry my dear Maiden. I just wanted you near me cause it feels good and does warm me up.”

He saw the woman now and saw the awe as well as now saw the power, he again covered his eyes as she was blinding him.

“Damn to bright…uhh.. umm I mean your beauty is to bright for the eyes of this poor soul my dear Ryssa.”

He mentally kicked himself in the ass for that one.

“What do you think of that woman?”

I know you like being close to me, so why fight it.

She looked away from him as he uttered this comment, not wanting him to see the truth of the statement in her eyes. When she turned back he leaned over and kissed her cheek, patting her waist, his next comment about fondling her making her grin as she knew he spoke the truth. He was fast, and he knew it. But it was the... doing it later... part of the comment that her flustered. She felt a heat in her belly that had nothing to do with his cloak again and she tried to ignore it as they walked.

Her eyes flew to him suddenly though as he spoke in an entirely different tone then she'd heard from him yet. She looked at the gleaming in his eye, the dangerous undertone in his usually light voice as he spoke about a fight. It nearly made her shiver as she realized her earlier instincts were correct, his jokes about no magic and not much of a fighter were nothing but a cover. She wondered why he was trying to hide it... what could he possibly be hiding from... or whom. He was spinning the red jewel for a moment and her eyes took in it's every detail just before he realized it and pocketed the gem once more. She watched as he looked towards the bridge and squinted suddenly, his arm going to cover his eyes.

Damn to bright…uhh.. umm I mean your beauty is to bright for the eyes of this poor soul my dear Ryssa.

He rushed on and asked her what she thought of the woman before she had a chance to remark.. not that she would have anyway. She looked down to where the woman stood, seeing nothing that would have made him cover his eyes like that. She glanced back to him thoughtfully, chewing on her lower lip as she wondered. Smiling at him, she looked back towards the woman and spoke softly again, the words too soft to be heard. The air in front of her shimmered briefly and she tilted her head to look through the shimmering veil, ignoring the look he was giving her. The moment she looked through however, she jerked her eyes away as the aura emanating from the woman was extremely powerful as the veil of air let her see it. The shimmering faded as if it were never there and she looked at him with a cocked head, realizing now why he had covered his eyes. Now was not the time to push though, there were more important things at hand, and she finally answered him,

I think you are right.. a woman alone, not afraid to stand right in front of a troll... she is powerful indeed. And apparently believes she has something to bargain with since she is not on the other side of the bridge, and neither of them are dead yet...

Terry

He watched her as she stopped moving and he felt the breeze increase and he wondered what was going on.

“Ryssa…? What.. are ..”

He didn’t want to use his mage sight, for he knew he would be blinded by the woman over there, but he wanted to know what she was doing. He was well aware of how fast she could draw her bow and a arrow and fire on him, but would she really do something like that. He again felt the breeze and saw her look to the woman. What was she up to?

“Ryssa…”

He than saw her turn her head away quickly and than only figured she saw the magical aura he was telling her about.

“Believe me now, she was probably responsible for the darkness and other such things. Don’t I deserve a apology or something.”

He walked behind you and took you into his arms and held you close to him as he again kissed your neck.

“MMm I would never tire of that taste of perfection and magic…”

His hands wrapped around your waist, little did you know he was working your dagger away so you had no blade to strike at him with, he was a thief and a good one, he would only hold your dagger for a few, just until he did something. He slowly slipped his hand around the handle and gently pulled it out of the sheathe as he continued to kiss your neck as his hand moved around your waist. He hoped you didn’t notice, but he slipped your dagger into his hand and slipped it into his own belt at the small of his back. He than moved his hands up quickly and took a quick feel through your vest of your breasts and he giggled as he kissed your neck still.

“Nice and firm, even through the vest. Perfection. But I did get a feel. And I liked it."

He smiled as he still grazed over your neck and feasted."

Don’t I deserve a apology or something.

She leaned back against him slightly as he slid his arms around her and murmured softly,

Or something..

She knew better then to be taken in by his words, her head knew that, but her body liked the way his arms felt around her, liked the way his lips felt on her neck, and she wasn't about to stop that feeling quite yet. Why have a confrontation, as long as she wasn't fooled by his words of innocence... she would get him to reveal himself sooner or later. She listened to his words as he sprinkled her neck with kisses about magic, and it gave her pause, but once again not enough to make her move. She felt a slight movement around her waist and held quite still as she felt his hands there moving. Tilting her head, she let out a soft whimper as his hands moved up and cupped her breasts for so brief a moment before going back to her waist, his lips never leaving her neck as he giggled.

Nice and firm, even through the vest. Perfection. But I did get a feel. And I liked it.

Chuckling she pulled away from him, turning to look at him with an arched eyebrow. Leaning forward she kissed him again on the lips, pressing close against him, her leg between his as she did so, her hands going around him to squeeze his ass. Finally pulling back, she smiled and walked away, not liking at all the fact that for the first time in a long while, she was moving without her family blade. She'd worn it so long that the slight weight it carried was obviously missing as soon as she moved. Though she said nothing, merely tossing a smile over her shoulder as she threw back a teasing remark in elven,

I liked it as well.

She walked on, secure in the knowledge that a smaller, though just as deadly blade lay concealed in her boot, comforting against her calf as she moved, merely an armslength away.

Terry

“Of course you liked it, at least I would hope you liked it. Pleasure is one of bodies escapes from this reality. Too much pain and hurt in this world, but when pleasure comes, welcome it, whether it be from a simple smile to a loving kiss, or even…”

He grinned as he thought about that.

“Now that is a most pleasurable thought.”

He felt her turn around and kiss him back as she squeezed his ass, he let out a soft gasp and he smiled at her.

“Now what was that, something you liked to feel?”

He watched her walk away, and he patted his back to feel her blade still there. He ran up and caught up with her as he led her to the side of the mountain and he pinned her against the wall.

“What was that little feel up there, curious to see how I felt, well I am very curious as well to see what you feel like, especially in certain places.”

He again kissed her gently as he took a large handful of your breasts into a fondle. It felt strange to do this through your vest, but he saw how beautiful you looked up there and he had to feel it out. She had no blade, so he could do this easily.

“So firm…”

He kissed her lips again and you could feel his manhood hardening against you as he did this.

Now what was that, something you liked to feel?

She merely tossed him a grin over her shoulder as she continued watching, realizing Terrance was very close to the bridge now, his attention focused on whatever was happening there. Though it seemed to be a stalemate of sorts, the woman seemed to be speaking or casting or something similar which had the trolls attention. It didn't appear to be an urgent situation and I knew Terrence could likely run the troll through with one quick thrust of Shirley.

Her concern down a notch, she didn't resist as Terry caught her arm and led her back away a bit, pinning her against the side of the pass they had just passed through. Her eyes looked up to his, a curious light in them.

What was that little feel up there, curious to see how I felt, well I am very curious as well to see what you feel like, especially in certain places.

Her lips parted to chuckle, but she was silenced as his mouth claimed hers, his hand firmly cupping her breast again and caressing it through the soft leather vest. The dagger lay heavy against her calf, reminding her that she could put an end to it if need be, but her hands wrapped around him, tangling in his hair as her tongue explored his mouth, a whimper escaping her as a finger traced over her hardening nipple, the vest doing little to hide the evidence of her arousal. She felt him growing hard against her as they kissed and she moaned softly, wishing it were another time, another place, anywhere but where they presently were.

Her hands tightened in his hair as their kiss became more urgent, her body responding to his.. becoming pliant under his soft touch. Realizing this was not the time to get carried away, she pulled his head back firmly, forcing his lips away from hers, feeling an emptiness there as she did so. Pressing her lips to his neck, she kissed him and nuzzled him there gently, allowing his gentle caress of her full breasts to continue a second longer before pushing him back and looking up at him, attempting to keep a stern look on her face, but failing as her lips softened into a half smile.

Refusing to let her body rule her head... for the time being anyway, she shook her head at him, her hair falling around her face, which is flushed slightly, as are the swells of her breasts as she takes a deep breath...

You take many liberties Terry Meilken... liberties which have gotten other men hurt. Now... we've a troll in our way... and I could use a drink to... settle my nerves... and perhaps when you've told me who you really are... I might welcome such liberties...

She stopped as she realized the way her body had responded to his had been rather obvious, and any speeches about her not appreciating his advances would be obviously false. She sighed, annoyed with herself again as her eyes traveled him, trying not to linger on the evidence of his own bodies arousal as he looked at her with that infuriating grin that never left his lips. He knew he was getting to her and she knew it amused him to beat her at her own game. Her hand pushing her hair back away from her face yet again, she shook her head at him in consternation, finally holding her hand out to him.

Come. Let us get by the troll with no fighting, you can play with your mysterious red gem, and then buy a simple elven maiden a drink.

Her eyes twinkling now, she couldn't resist a final word as she waited to see if he would take her hand,

Don't lose my blade please, it was my father's, and the loss of which I would not take kindly to.

Terry

“Oh I wanted to feel more than that, the whole package is what I wanted. You and everything else is what I wanted, is there something wrong with that? I don’t think there is, I think it is the feelings welling up inside of you that is keeping you from just raping me. Stop fighting it, just let it go, do what your body feels, other wise you live in regret for the rest of your life, cause I could go and talk to the troll and he could kill me instantly. You never can tell.”

The whole feeling of her was way to much for him, he almost lost it when she kissed his neck, that was his one weak spot and he had to not let her find out about it. She kissed back roughly as she held his hair and gently ran her fingers through his long white locks, but he did hear her soft moan as he felt how hard her nipples her getting. He grinned and than felt her tongue dancing with his. He felt her feelings through her passion in the kiss, it was almost heart stopping and it almost killed him. He than felt her pull his head away and she kissed his neck, he almost lost it, but he felt her moan and heard her moans again as he toyed with her magnificent breasts. He looked to her as she pushed him away, again a first for him.

“What’s wrong? Oh you are not still questioning the darkness and me are you. I told you, I have no idea on who or what did that. Liberties that you love, I will tell you something, you are the first female to turn me down and stop me, and that is something that I am surprised about. Some call me a ladies man, but I guess you saw all past that and saw me for the harmless person that I am. A troll, can be easily dealt with, and one such as this one, well don’t worry about it.”

He smiled at you.

“You will have all the drink you want once we get to the inn and maybe get a whole lot more, for I will not be turned down that easily, by you.”

He watched her extend her hand to him and he was surprised by that, he slowly took it and held it firmly as he smiled again to her.

“Uhh.. what bla… oh shit.. how did you know.. never mind…”

He shook his head as the smile returned and he reached for the blade and felt the balance in the blade and knew it to be deadly in her hands.

“A dagger such as this is dangerous for the troll in the hands of a Elven King High Guard. I would hate to be on the receiving end of that assault, for I would not be able to fend it off. Here I am sorry for taking it, but I do need what you so threatened to cut off.

He drew the blade and he did a flashy spin with the dagger in his hand and he sheathed it for you as he patted your ass again, it seems he was having a hard time keeping his hands off you.
“Oops sorry my Maiden, slipped.”

He grinned, if only she knew what those rubies did.

“Yes lets deal with the troll, just let me handle it.”

He knew this troll and he had to play at this carefully, for this was no ordinary troll, a specialy powerful one with mind powers, he figured that is why the woman was still there before the troll. He reached behind him and drew forth a large brimmed hat with a yellow strip over the black and he placed it on his head, his long white locks still falling before his face and he walked up ahead of the barbarian.

“Don’t worry Terrance I will take care of this. Just don’t lose your cool.”

He tipped his hat and walked forward, he looked the troll in the eye.

“Hello there, I would like to pass and yes I do have money to pay you.”

He used the power of his hat and spoke into the creatures mind.

“Do not speak of who I am, for I will rain death upon you instantly and destroy all that you hold dear to you. Do not cross me, for I know you know of who I am. And do not try and get into my mind, I am to smart for that.”

He stood silent for a while, the two staring at each other, but that different look in Terry’s eyes told you that he was not himself. The troll stood there and took a step back and looked afraid, but he quickly composed himself.

Troll: “ Yess, you got coin or gem and you pass.. pay now or freeze and I eat you up..”

Terry smiled again.

Terry: “Yes of course, here take these.”

He tossed him 4 red rubies and smiled at him.

Terry: “That is for me and my Goddess companion and the mage there and the barbarian when he gets here. More than enough, oh wait I forgot one.”

He tossed you a larger emerald.

Terry: “Don’t spend it all in one place. Have a great life. And do not forget my words.”

That cold tone returned to Terry as he still held your hand and he walked with you hand and hand across the bridge, as soon as everyone was across, he would destroy that foul creature, cause he knew he would say something about him being the Mercernary leader “D” half Drow, half Moon Elf, heartless assassin, vicious warrior, lived a life in loved chaos. He ran half the town of Dessernten, he controlled it from the underground, using the politcs to cover his tracks. But he was coming to the “Demons Armpit” for a reason, he had to find out if his half brother survived, he never should have come.

“You see Ryssa, I told you everything would be ok.”

He left the hat on and had that grin on his face, he was back to his normal self as he walked with you, getting closer to the “Demon’s Armpit”

“Almost there, I need a massage.”
