Cat, i keep seeing you speak of "Oz".

More than likely just my naive ways, but when i think of going to "Oz"; i see a spinning house and a bunch of munchkins.

What is the "Oz" you speak of?

LOL, for some that description would work fine, but for me it is just sunny Australia where the sun shines relentlessly 99% of the time, the water has dried up, and the temperature is about to rise just in time for my visit home.

ooh thats wonderful Cat...bet you can't wait.

I am hoping my mum will come and visit if i stay out a while :)

I wish my mother was well enough to travel as she would love it here...my daughter I am woeking on getting over here for a visit with a lot of help from a certain 7 yo young lady who has memorised all the reasons Mummy should be booking their flight over here and recites them to her often. I am such a meanie telling her about Mummy's dream since she was a little girl to go to Paris, and that in Paris there is a Disneyland and she has always said she would love to take the said 7 yo to Disneyland...I am sure with that message my gorgeous granddaughter's head was filled with images of princesses galore. :D

~grins~ ty Cat, "The spinning house and a bunch of munchkins" tells you how many times my kids make me watch that movie.

Glad you have the warm weather there, you can always send some of it up here. 5 degrees this morning...brrrrrrrrr

I don't think I can stand to make dinner tonight when I'm feel so fucking nauseous.

My head feels like it may come apart anytime I move it.

I feel icky. I need something. Maybe some sexual healing? Anything? Damn it.

I'm wondering if this is a flu instead of just bad Sinus crap?

Ugh, I am not looking forward to the heat. I am luxuriating in the cold here and hoping it is snowing when I come back....better not happen while I am away. I am planning at least one or two late night trips to my favourite swimming spot when I go home, hopefully with my granddaughter along for some of them so we can make some special memories until me next visit. I amsure after our last phone chat I am going to be shocked to see how much she has grown.

Oh thanks. Your day sounds worse! I was just pouting. Nothing serious.

Other than feeling like absolute shit, making a little girl cry, cheating on head and shoulders, knees and toes because my head couldn't handle doing it, worrying about sick teens, and being VERY busy, it's been an okay day. I had a great coffee and lunch with a friend!

If I smoked I'd be having a post-sex cig.

I'm just bummed that life is beating up my Top so bad, I wish something else in the world would be as nice to him as I am.

Sounds like the place for me to move to...

You're living in Milano and thinking of moving? What in the world is wrong with you?
I'm right, Milano's wrong! Not wrong per se, I'd say. Just a little too cold (think boots and winter coats) and a little too dark (think no more sun when I leave the office at 5pm). And a "little" too cold is only because I've come from Germany where it's even colder. I want to move somewhere where daytime temp never drops any lower than 15C on a very cold day.

I'm getting a phobia about going to bed now....lol, no, I know he is scary but that is a good reason to go there....I am just tired of getting all tucked in nice and then being wide awake. I got 1 hour last night between menopausal insomnia and pain from arthritus in places I had not had it before and to the point of being nauseated. I just want to sleep well again!!

That sounds damn awful Cat, I take it the goanna oil etc isn't giving you much relief currently. Hope the pain subsides soon :rose:

We've discovered that emu oil products work much better, here's a link to the one we use:

Emu Spirit Oil of Emu

Never tried the capsules but the oil is lovely, like a gel. It doesn't have heat but penetrates and Sir has found His pain is much improved :)

Ohhh that might be good for my son, he is pretty rough on his joints, especially the knee caps. Any good for soft tissue swelling ?

It's an anti-inflammatory so I don't see why not :)
