So, every now and then and usually duing oral sex my boyfriend makes me stop after he claims he's "orgasm'd" but this is without ejaculating and his reaction is about three times as intense as it is when he orgasms normally. Is it true to achieve ejaculationless orgasms? Or is he just making it up?

This is usually shortly after we've had regular sex as well... I don't know if it makes a difference.

Yes it is possible. Depending on how quickly the man can replenish his supply of semen, two or more successive ejaculations can drain him and produce "dry cums" which can be more intense because the semen isn't there to build up pressure.

Of course it doesn't happen to everyone during regular sex, some couples don't continue after the man has an orgasm and some men are simply too sensitive after orgasm to have a subsequent one soon enough to empty things out, meaning it would take several orgasms to achieve this. But if a couple knows his tolerance for stimulation and decides to test this out, eventually it will happen.

I suspect he's faking it. Chances are he's had enough and doesn't want to put forth the effort required to reach that next one. Orgasm without ejaculation is quite much the goal for men in tantric sex. (They believe there is life energy in semen so ejaculation will make them weaker.)

Actually the orgasm and the ejaculation are two seperate events that in 99% of the time occur at the same time. But some men have learned how to seperate the two (indeed as with tantric sex) and some men simply are able to orgasm and may even experience the contractions that go with the ejaculation but have no or almost no semen left.

Most people don't know that orgasm and ejaculation are two different things in men. And, each person is different, so...
