What's for breakfast, you ask? Why, Żubrówka and liquorice ice cream, of course.

I'm impressed.

I had no such breakfast.
If I had that would explain my inability to remember the damn roadblock and that I should take te other road. As it is I will just have to hang a Gone fishing sign on my brain.

It's the heat. It makes the brain go mushy. *nods*

Thank you for the convenient linksplanation and I am jealous

As you should be jealous. It was nommy! :p

Did go to the horse show today and saw the show jumping part of eventing.
The weather was great and we had lots of fun.
Then we had a water war with the garden hose and later marguaritas (just limejuice for the kids) grilled salsiccia, bread and tomatoes.

I like how it took a pro-domme echoing my own statements for my partner to believe me that, yes, the poly rope you get from the hardware store is TOTALLY appropriate to the bedroom.

Only been telling you that for years, love *rolleyes*

Damn it, I should not feel guilty. And yet...why is it people seem to hurt each other so easily, even by accident? Do what you will so long as ye harm none - so much easier said than done sadly...

Today I remembered why I love teaching. Sometimes.

Today I also remembered why I hate teaching. A lot of the time.

Oh well, at least the first 1,5 weeks were ok. Every 2-3 years I think I've just imagined all the horrors of teaching and it can't really be that bad, so I take up a teaching job. A big mistake. No, I haven't just imagined it all. Yes, it can be that bad.

I'm trying really hard to focuse on the positive here, but KMN.

I walked two miles tonight at the park.

Now how long is it going to take to get some sort of effect from it, I wonder? (Mood-wise, not weight-loss-wise.)

Are you asking about only this one outing or about how soon you might feel a difference if you repeat the walk every day for a while? In the latter case, it could happen fairly quickly. In my experience, the repetition contributes to the mood change. As in, so what if it was raining, I did my two miles ANYWAY!

Time till you have non-consensual sex? I think there are methods to decrease the wait.

Yep, I was wondering how long it'll take to notice a difference if I do it every day. (Sorry, that could've been more clear.) I'm glad to hear that it doesn't take as long as I was afraid it would.

It's not that kind of park, silly.

In my experience, the feeling great part will arrive no later than when you complete your walk in a heavy rain or high heat, or snow (not likely in your area this time of year, but I'm speaking from my experience here). It's pretty natural to feel morally superior to all those other lazy fucks who couldn't get their asses out of their LazyBoys to exercise in the rain, heat, snow, whatever. That's also good for your mood under these conditions.

If the trend of unpleasant events in the last 2 hours continues, I'll kill someone by noon to get rid of my frustration.

I can't help but wonder if this is connected to your "breaking the Don't Shit Where You Eat rule" post :p
And I hasten to add, please don't kill anyone on a Sunday. It's just bad manners...

Damn, I could really get used to this... and possibly addicted. :rose:
Would it be strange if I said thank you both for letting me share a piece of your lives?

The flags of Palau and Bangladesh seriously irk me. I hate the "a liiiiitle to the left" theme they have going on.

There, I said it. I feel much better already, at least until the next time I come across either flag.

ETA: Which got me thinking. Sheldon should make a Fun with Flags episode of those flags. I'd love to see his OCD fight with his love of flags. :)
