If you head west remember, yards are supposed to be fairly level. If you drop your beer can and it takes off across the yard at anything over 2 MPH then there is a problem.

Another term ya might want to research is "Water Rights."

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it ain't no better anywhere else. The idiots are winning so just go for a better climate.

Believe me, Illinois is one of the top 5 worst states. Taxes are so high it's hard to afford to live. The gasoline tax is over 40 cents a gallon and is slated for another increase in a few months. They want us to register our guns with the local sheriff, you know, so they know where to go to take them all away. I won't even discuss the state police or the secretary of state police. In this state, the idiots have already won.
