I haven’t hosted a party since I moved. Not a lot of space here like I had before. The old house had a large back deck with a pool. For some reason people loved playing in the pool despite being in costumes and it being freezing cold late October. Fun times were had.

My daughter is at that age where she thinks she is too old to trick or treat. And too young to get into dressing up just for the fun of it. She doesn't even want to dress up at all.

My halloween will be... ummm.... boring. And transitional! LOL

Well if she's just not into it, I doubt there's anything you can do to encourage her. She probably doesn't think it's fun anymore for some reason, and that's normal too in my opinion. Just let her be herself
