I submitted my first of two planned stories. Have a look at "Leaning Into It" when it drops. I tried to do some sexy, engaging voyeur/exhibitionism and have some fun on the beach.

Summer reads are supposed be pulp, right? I totally channeled that.

Now on to finishing my LW contribution. Let's see how this one goes!

I note that entries in the past had tags of either 'summer lovin' or 'summer loving' (historically more of the former), suggesting:

these aren't automatically applied

story searching to get the whole lot will need to be creative

authors may want to consider how they tag (many of this year's crop have neither.)

I'm going with 'summer lovin' since that's in the contest title.

I just submitted my first-ever story for a LE contest. It's called Passion At Play on Midsummer’s Day. I've written a handful of stories here and gotten some nice feedback, so I thought I would get bold and try a contest.

I'm not sure which category is best for a contest, but I have a story about two women hiking the Appalachian trail in opposite directions who spend Midsummer's Day together in a wilderness field of wild blueberries.

I don't think the Lesbian Sex category has the same volume of readership as Incest and Taboo, but I know the readers in this category have high expectations, and I hope my writing meets and exceeds them.

This is my first stand-alone Lesbian story (I have written lesbian stories in my PORTMANTEAU anthology series). I share some personal experiences when it comes to the erotica part. I never shy away from raw, erotic sex. In addition, my characters are designed to remind us of ourselves. They sweat, their bodies make noises, and they can be awkward, just like me and just like you.

This is about falling in love in a place you least expect.

It's going into E&V, which is a new category for me. I debated about putting it in Group, but a couple of minor characters decided they'd play on the exhibitionist side of things.

Unfortunately, there's still a lot of editing and polishing left to do with very few time slots available between now and Friday to do it. Please keep your fingers crossed for me!

I worked on it late last night and then again this morning before work so the holes are filled (reasonably well) and I've started with edits on the second half (first half just needs a final read). Assuming no catastrophes, it will go in on time, though the quality is still up in the air.
