Look, I hate to bother you again but what is one to do? Yes I’ve found another NUDE DAY CONTEST entry that appears to have broken one of your contest rules. And unfortunately it was submitted by another of your favorites.

I understand that you’ve found it difficult to rule against your friends in the past but I believe that refusing to enforce your own rules undermines both the credibility of the contest as well as damages your reputation.

You probably know the old adage that says, “action speaks louder than words”. In the case of your handling of D.K. MOON in this contest and darkboy in the last contest maybe we should change the old adage to “inaction speaks louder than words”.

You are communicating by your silence ma’am! You are telling your friends in AHland that it’s okay to ignore the rules. That you’ll continue to ignore any transgressions they make. That the rules will only be used against those you dislike.

But your continual silence, your favoring your friends, sends a message to everyone else. Perhaps it’s time to step back and ask yourself why so few of LITEROTICA’S most famous authors now boycott the contests. Why only one or two percent of the 250 MOST POPULAR authors are willing to enter contests they increasingly believe are fixed.

I believe that:
It’s time that you applied the rules fairly.
It’s time to stop awarding contest prizes based on friendship!
It’s time to address the rampant cheating you encourage by your silence.

The latest problem story and author:

All submissions must be stand-alone stories created for this contest theme. We will not accept individual chapters of a larger work submitted separately. If you have a multi-chaptered contest-themed submission, please submit all chapters together as one story submission.

The story in question is Daniella Defiled (stoty # 485163) by the author Jaymal.

The story is simply the continuation of the story Daniella Bound (story # 436197) by the same author and put up on LITEROTICA in August of 2009.

Here is how Daniella Bounnd ends: 'So are you busy the rest of the weekend or aren't you?'

Eric looked down at his petite, shapely house guest in an advanced state of curiosity. 'I guess I'm all freed up.'

Daniella drew up close to him and took both his hands, meeting his gaze squarely. There was a tremble in her lower lip that wasn't entirely affected. 'Then finish what you started,' she said. 'Fucking defile me.'

The weekend stretched out before them, a broad vista of wild possibility. Eric Lehane and Daniella Blanchford looked deep into each other's eyes and smiled.

Obviously, if the story was approved, it wasn't in violation of any rules. You can't seem to grasp that concept. Of course, (and as always) Laurel won't answer your PM or even acknowledge your existence. That must really burn your ass, huh?

Nothing you say or do is going to sway Laurel's decision about what's allowed and what isn't. For the hundredth time, you're only making yourself look like an even bigger idiot.

Second, your entry (entries) will still have to follow the LIT rules. For example, whether you are eligible to win or not, you’re still not entitled to enter a story called “Daniella Defiled Ch 03” for example. Mind you the QUEEN will probably close her eyes for any jay walking- I mean she did it last time didn’t she?

If an author wishes to submit multiple entries, or submit in the Non-Erotic and Sci-Fi categories (or a combination of any or all of the three) then by Lit rules, which you are basing your contest rules on, EVERY entry should qualify. Again, it's all about fairness. You wanna stay fair, scouries, after all your huffing and puffing.

However, rest assured that you’ll be disqualified from the A.I.R. contest. We don’t bend the rules for any cheaters.

But of course you've already been banned for this one haven't you?

Well, if you don't adhere to your comments above, the ones about EVERY entry being allowed as long as they follow the Literotica contest rules then you're cheating people out of your contest win, too. But why have them adhere to Lit contest rules when you say they're so unclear and unfair?
