The xssve Haters Thread.

Donald, in Blue, used to love that show. Alex used to call Barney "that big purple jerk", lol. Mom's influence I'm guessing.

Hah!

My son was just the right age when the show came out, he adored it.

I worked at home then, also. Anything that would occupy him for hours while I had to work...was a good thing.

He used to try to hug the TV, I guess a couple of kids got hurt or killed that way or something, TV fell off and crushed them. The pernicious influence of the Teletubbies.

Hadda cut him off of Ed, Edd and Eddy in later years, definitely a bad influence. Spongebob is some improvement.

It's all Legos with Alex lately, I have to wear shoes all the time.

Dishes, extract the carpet. Move. Need a dragass icon here. :(

I miss the Power Puff Girls.

I still do a kickass Mojo Jojo impression though. "What is with the funny laughing?!"

I'm sure you must be highly disappointed, but I don't hate you.

I don't hate you either; I'll try to keep an open mind though. :D

I read xssve as 'excessive'. After seeing the dog of excessive evil I think I might have been on to something.

Me, too. It was obviously 'excessive' from the first post.

Oh, and I meant that in a good way. :cathappy:

Xssve's all right. He's got the mind of a mad theologian, and those are damned rare these days.

And he taught me this great scholastic-sounding word that I've since forgotten: anomian? a-something. Meaning outside the mind?

I don't hate him either, but then I hardly know the guy..... I only agree with him most of the time.

But if there is any money to be made by hating him, I would be happy to consider it. :D

The pics are great, kids are always cute but tele-tubbies kind of freak me out.

My three year old nephew (who just had his third open heart surgery to repair a heart defect and is now doing great only a month later.. thank you) has had problems eating owning to the various side effects of his surgeries and condition. And the only thing that seemed to distract him sufficiently to actually eat was watching repeating episodes of Kim Possible.

That is one hot, little toon. I see this as a healthy instinct in the lad.

I don't think I hate you - frankly, I haven't formed an opinion, but I've been inactive for awhile.

I will go ahead and point out, though, that your kids and dog are more attractive than you. Sorry, that's the hard truth.

On the positive side, you've managed to surround yourself with children and animals that are clearly out of your league. ;) Well done! That demonstrates the ability to attract others with your non-superficial qualities. That's highly respectable.

I, myself, am bald. If I had hair, would I grow it long? One part of me says, "I would grow it long and put braids and beads, or just grow dreads." Realistically, though, I've grown quite fond of my bald head - I just trim it all to the same short length every couple weeks, and I don't even need to comb it!

There shall be no giggling in the lair of Mojo-Jojo!

I like all the controversial, outspoken, cantakerous old guys around here...

But it might just be me.

Accept the truth and it shall set you free. :)

Mojo rocks.

For too long have we sat under the thumb of mankind! The time has come to oppose that thumb!

That is indeed dissappointing, however I'm accustomed to arousing strong passions in certain people. I hope you get control over what it is you need to get control over, I know how frustrating it can be.

What's that mean?

Good man, one should always try to maintain an open mind. I've often been accused of having to open a mind - oh wait, "empty headed" I think were the exact words.

Yeah, the Gen-Xr's missed that one somehow.

It does describe me in certain ways. I've been accused of overwhelming people (when I'm not underwhelming them), it isn't intentional, I just have certain... passions.

Noetic, from nous, the contraposition being anoetic.

Might have to bring that up in the "literature" thread, it describes the contrast between literature that appeals to the "higher" emotions, as opposed to appealing more directly to the, er... reproductive response - the dynamic Arfura presented in her recent post.

Not sure if it's applicable to the difference between porn and erotica, erotica would seem to be more of a mixed bag, a broader approach, stimulate the mind and titillate the senses kind of thing.

I've been digging holes of my own here lately, as you can see. :nana:

Sorry to hear about your nephew, Donald had open heart surgery at three months, the surgeon was a freaking genius.

After literally living in the hospital for those Three months, I have to count my blessings, some of those kids make you just want to break down and cry.

Hi TickledKitty, I suspect most wisely stayed away, or are busy writing or something, you didn't miss anything.

Very pleased to meet you.

You know, what really pisses me off is that only part of it falls out - what the hell is up with that? If it's going to fall out, why can't all of it just fall out instead of this ridiculous half assed business? Actually, it's growing back now that I'm divorced, lol.

I'd shave it, but like the rest of me, I wasn't blessed with a pretty skull.
