It's becoming typical of a very large and growing minority of Americans. NATO's days are numbered.

We as a country have taken on some of the worlds most complex problems and were finding out that it's a thankless endeavor, damned if you do, damned if you don't. There is a growing sentiment in the U.S. to pull out of all these commitments and let the world solve their own problems and I feel the same way. Take away all the protective boundaries we set and see how long it takes for another world war to break out. Having a military background I know that's not prudent, fortress america isn't the answer but just for one day I'd love to lay the burden at your feet and watch you go.

I don't profess to have unmatched wisdom I'll leave that role for you to play, But I do have a sense of pride in my country, faults and all.
