I guess it's true, I am the only one that can please me.

The feel of her hand in mine, walking in the sunshine.
The sound of her laugh, when I'm being silly.
Being together for hours and hours, and never getting bored.

:rose:

Winning a game of badminton. 11-7.
I thought I was going to be bulldozed, but good shot placement won me the match.

Oh, and Yuri Sharapova's reaction to his daughter winning Wimbledon. Just so sweet.

Great cloudy. I'm looking forward to it.

So am I for that matter. I think it's got something to do with the phases of the moon.

Ya think?

My astrological sign is ruled by the moon...could be something to that.

Glad you're writing again, as well. I love your stories!

I think your right, even I wrote some today!

Gotta get this story on paper (er... hard drive) and out the door soon, it's running around in my brain making me crazy.

Vella's Mom is home! :rose:

Earlier on a thread, Abs was in a good mood!

I survived the family get together with little more than a sunburn and a curable case of boredom.

and

I got photographs developed today and found that four of them were perhaps the best pictures I've ever taken of my daughter.

And as long as I'm patting myself on the back, they may just be the best pictures I've ever taken.

Cancer - birthday in 15 days. But, I'm very partial to Scorpios!

PS: Lucky, glad you made it back in one piece...family get-togethers are notoriously dangerous! And, how could any pictures of your little one not be perfect?

Because perfection is very difficult to capture on film.

As evidence of this, I point out to the jury that neither Cloudy nor Abstruse commonly use photographs of themselves as AV 's.

Cloudy! You edited and I missed it...sorry. :)

As for perfection, I agree that photos of the little one all have some measure of perfection simply because she is the subject.

However, being a photographer, notoriously known as being her own worst critic, I have a tendency to be very picky about what I think is good work. The ones I got back today made me want to burn up several rolls of film in rapid succession.

Only catch is, I'm in the mood to photograph a different subject and the model I have in mind...yummy...well I'm not even sure she'd be willing. 'Course, I'm not above using devious tactics to coerce.

support from my friends.

a phone call

a dark song that made goose bumps rise on my arms

the sound of my youngest fishing off the dock at 6am

the appreciation in my mothers expressions today

Jeanne submitted another story.

It must be Lou's fault, cheerleading authors on to finish their work.

Thanks Lou.

Very glad to have helped, but I'm not entirely sure what I did. Apart from getting others to nag me to write. It worked! :D

Must bugger off again now...

Lou

While I have been watching my Nude Day stories sink to the mediocre level of not being good enough to win and not bad enough to compete for last place, my two recent fantasy stories 'Brigit' and 'Brigit Too' have risen to positions two and three on the Sci Fi/Fantasy Top List.

I like Brigit. It seems that other people do as well.

The third story 'Brigit's Babies' is pending. I hope it does as well as the first two.

Now I suppose all of them will be bombed. Sigh.
