I went to couples counseling with my girlfriend in order to figure out how to work things out so we could have the things we wanted and still stayed married to our spouses.
Bwa-ha-ha-ha!

That's great, Eilan! :D Link us?

Makes me  when someone bumps a very old thread to like add about 2 or 3 words. Why bother bumping it if you dont have anything to say?

Sorry.

It was in a thread from 2001 that someone bumped.

married affair- need a confidant
Gracias. :rose:

I couldn't help but reply to that post.

And I agree with you, Mary. I have no clue how or why these yahoos manage to find these obscure, old threads. I understand bumping instead of starting a new one, but to find them then give advice years later?

uummm in certain circumstances that could be taken as a compliment

If it was whispered in my ear after a bout of hot sex, I'd take it far differently (and would probably be flattered) than if I read it on a public message board. I just think it was insulting in this context.

personally, i'd love it if someone called me a hot little fuck.

of course, if we're waiting on the second coming of christ, he's already one up on me.

Well, you got the "little" part right... ;)

I really debated over whether that was a nice thing to say.

People that haven`t figured out the fine art of parralel parking.

I freely admit, I am parallel parking challenged. ;)

Which is why I do not attempt it. I think the last time I did it successfully was in 1974 when I passed my driver's test.

So I finally got myself out on the rollerblades today, something I've been telling myself for months that "I'm too busy this week, I'll start again next week".

The first indication that I'm slightly out of shape was when I pulled a muscle putting on the left skate.

After leaving my driveway, there is a slight upward pitch to the road for about 150 feet (just enough for water to drain) then the next 2/10 of a mile are downhill to a point in the road where a culvert runs below. When I got to this low point, I was out of wind (my second indication I'm slightly out of shape).

After reaching the top of the following incline and the road leveled out for a while, I caught my second wind and did OK for a while. I got to the other end of the road (I'm at the 1.75 mile mark here) and started the return trip, of which the first 3/4 mile or so is on an incline. I was doing fine until I got the head rush; sort of a flashback to my college days but without ingesting or inhaling anything.

I did finally make it home, making the 3.5 mile loop in about 30 minutes. man I had this down to around 21 minutes last fall.

I'll probably be lame tommorrow.

*Tosses you my tube of BenGay.

Out of shape? Heck, the other day I went for a 45 minute bike ride and realized afterwards that I was winded from riding a bike at the same pace that the best runners can maintain for a complete marathon (the same pace at which I ran when I was competitive in high school).
