Along with humor and sarcastic responses I look for:
Ok I do not in general do this formality setting if I miss a few things it is not out of that I do not want added information. When I come to story ideas this is what I basically look for and some times it takes months of many various people’s opinions to get enough information to write a story. Like a puzzle I keep various notes on different topics until I have enough information.
Who, What, Where, When, Why, and Because? Makes a cause and effect!
Added information may help others to know what is a good idea or just a topic I hope.
I am only trying to respond to the several who just don't understand why a single idea they may lust for is not worthy of a story by it self.

What caused this to happen and what are the potential effects
I do not expect you to write a story as an idea or fill in all my blanks.
However if you write, 'Bdsm stories are good I like black whips that hit people.'
That is nice but, that is not great potential for making a story. Kind of leaves one asking do you not think I know or have read a little about your topic if I was to consider writing a story on it? If not would you really want to read a story from that person?
If you wrote, 'I like Bdsm and dream about satan slapping my ass till it bleeds.' Well, at least you have conveyed a personal wish/thought that can be added to other thoughts.
