I completely agree with you on the first thing you wrote. Holland is a lot more open when it comes to sex and I hear Germany is too. There are a lot less sex crimes here in Holland than there is in the USA. I understand the USA is a bigger country, but there percentage wise there are a lot less sex crimes. About 15 years ago (that is, about 5 years before I met and married my "M" so yes I was still a bachelor), I spent a couple of months working in Germany.
