Why wouldn't colored people be arrested more in a town with more colored people? What would you suggest, not arresting colored people when they break the law?

They would. They get arrested more than makes sense by any rationale. A city with 66% black population should not have 95% of routine traffic stops be black. I'm not saying the numbers should equate exactly. Realistically they should but statistics aren't accurate until you reach really large numbers so meh. And there are other factors.

When blacks are found with LESS contraband they shouldn't searched MORE often.

Holder did no such thing and you guys really need to stop claiming that he did, or that it's a bullshit report. It's a long overdue report. There should really be one for every single city in the country. Did he just say K9 units don't train their own dogs? He does realize that K9 cops are literally called trainers or handlers because yes, yes they do train their own dogs. With better dogs, they're actually trained to reply onto the voice of said trainer in case the 'bad guys' learn their training phrases. The trainer and dog will often attend training institutions together, but they will work together throughout their careers and normally when the dog retires it goes to live with it's handler as a pet.

My childhood dog, Noel, was a K9 unit. She was my dad's police dog, but she was also my baby. What the fuck did you think they did? Leave them in kennels at the station or order them from a manufacturing plant or something? They aren't robots.

Also, I guess? I actually haven't really worked with them. Most of the animals I work with are being rehabilitated not to either bite off people's face or to shit themselves in fear when they see humans because of horrible past abuse/neglect. They would make the shittiest seeing eye dogs ever.

Apparently service dogs are trained by a service center which has licensed trainers, and then whoever, I guess the blind guy, comes in and they teach him how to work with the dog. After he gives them $11,000. Which... holy fucking shit. A goddamn $11,000 dog? Does its shit give off free wifi?

Edit: I just... I swear to god if I pay $11,000 for a dog it needs to do more than lead my blind ass around. It needs to help me set up a profitable small business. It needs to learn to drive the car I didn't buy so that I could afford the goddamn dog.

Edit: Sorry I keep harping on this but I'm in fucking shock. I could steal a blind dude's dog and have paid the rent for a year on my first apartment. I knew they'd be pricy but god/damn/. That's insane.

That's what I thought. Granted my knowledge came from watching Discovery and watching how it's made stuff but I thought it was obvious that blind guys didn't train dogs not to walk them into traffic. I mean. . .what would that be like. You get a dozen puppies and the ones that don't get run down you keep?
