An IQ of 75 is, as Race points out, the mental equivalent of a 12-year-old. Twelve-year-olds can drive cars and some can even fix them. Twelve-year-olds can do arithmetic and follow reasonably complex instructions. What they cannot do is run a modern society. As the authors point out, an intelligent population can tolerate a certain number of low-IQ people, but once they reach a certain proportion, the quality and texture of life change completely. This is what we find in many Third-World countries and in those parts of the United States where blacks or Hispanics are dominant

Nobody in this thread is searching for it -- nobody is obliged to search for it until you present the research that you claim shows psychological differences between "races." At this point, all the burden remains on you.

I don't think Ferguson's blacks want all the whites to leave town. But, they might hope for a shake-up in the next city elections. In Ferguson, the elections are in April in odd-numbered years (which probably depresses voter turnout and needs to be changed). See also.
That info is probably about African Americans, whose social pathologies result from American historical factors, not from their race as such. It would not apply to, e.g., African Africans.

Science, of course, is not relevant to every issue we might debate in the Politics forum. But whether there are or are not any innate psychological differences between "races" is a scientific question. It is not a moral question. It is not a political question. It is not a religious or cultural question. It is a purely scientific question. Asking for science to back up claims is not unreasonable, to say the least.
All of the above also goes for climate change, of course.

How is it an argument between physical science and social science? The question is whether there are innate, hereditary differences. That is a question for psychology and genetics and no other sciences. The only relevance of social science to resolving it is in determining what non-genetic social factors must also be accounted for in the study.
