You should have volunteered for HALO. much more fun . . . the rush of adrenalin is off the scale, but HAHO was very much more enjoyable, a bit like paragliding or flying in a glider, from much higher altitude.
i didn't fancy sitting in bushes for six months smeared in animal droppings. it woulda takken going SF to qualify for HALO. does look fun though.
