Heya everybody, hope you're having a good evening.

I found something quite funny.. one of my friends is the most cutesy Hello-Kitty, I love pink! kind of girls ever. She's absolutely adorable. Well, her boyfriend's this army fanatic (who's also a published poet!! and got interviewed on TV etc. etc.). Well, on this internet site, where you can join communities, do profiles, pictures yada yada well, there's a picture of her in her profile looking cute and adorable manga-girl as always, and him.. with a machine gun. Or rifle or whatever. He's in his uniform anyway. It's such a bizarre combination. He lives in Canada though so I STILL haven't met him though. From all accounts, he's a real sweetheart, though a bit of an army geek. My friend watches Full Metal Panic! obsessively because he's a bit like Sousuke in that (only with far less battle experience, I expect! And not a super-duper mecha operator too, I guess).
