(edit): Having just learned of TxRad's earthly departure, I went over to his page and read his last story, 'Getting Away". I thought that was a fitting title under the circumstances. I enjoyed it.

This year has been brutal for me on the death front. I lost these two wonderful people here: three friends of my father's died, and one of Jo's and my favorite friends died as well.
