Hello Everyone,

Apologies for missing in action for a couple of weeks but most will imagine what we've needed to organise. We're just about there. A lot of stuff has been donated to a local charity...even furniture items, because we either have no use for it or we just can't accommodate it. All in all the sale has been very much a step forward; the whole process of selling and consolidating into one. We weren't expecting to feel quite so settled in one place...without the added responsibility of another property to look after. Time will tell I guess.

We did have time yesterday to fire up the old Canon 1D (a favourite monster of a thing) and snap a few quick pics.

Have photos to put on SP soon...just need a bit more time. I've not had time to go back through the thread recently to see if there has been any specific I need to answer but will in the next day or two.

Richard and Vanessa, Good to hear things are getting settled. I'm sure the adjustment will take a while, especially consolidating and figuring where everything should go. Good to have you back and the photos are awesome as usual.

Truly a wonderful photograph of the beautiful Vanessa, you have both still got it in spades. An incredible photo by a highly talented photographer, of a truly beautiful mature woman and omg what a beautiful, gorgeous woman Vanessa is. I absolutely love the dress, always been a fan of poker dots and button fronts. Ease of access being one reason. The dress and Vanessa are a match made in heaven and Vanessa looks wonderful in it, and I’m sure out of it as well, great legs, I absolutely adore and love it. I also like the second picture and the direction in which it is going, would love to see where it leads. Not too many days left where a beautiful summer’s dress can be worn, as you guys slide into winter, time for the fun to move inside.
We’ve seen the inside of the new place, in pictures and videos, but what is the outside space like? Do you have a garden and is it over looked? What is the potential for outdoor activities come the spring.
Moving brings with it so many opportunities, the future looks bright and exciting.

.........the block is quite large and the house is set well back from the street, however, if we were to attempt to take the sort of photos we like taking, in the front yard, I think we'd attract quite a bit of attention For obvious reasons, I can't put a pic on the show you. The back yard is a reasonable size but there are neighbours. So, no, we have nowhere near the freedom of past residences. The side deck and yard area, where the latest photos were taken, are fairly private thanks to a high fence, but that's about it. We'll need to rely on remote drives to find a suitable spot for outdoors stuff. The house is large andt here are a number of places in it to take indoor pics. Nothing is perfect.

You're not wrong about the figuring out where everything should go, Bjorn .. what a job! But it's very satisfying to gradually get it right. Adjusting to the idea of living in one place is also an interesting challenge, but I am liking the feeling.

What an enthusiastic response, Binns .. many thanks for that. I used to have a dress much the same, but shorter when I was in my twenties and always regretted not keeping it so lately had this one made by a local dressmaker. You're right though that it came a little too late for summer weather, but there are always photo ops. We do have a fairly large garden where we are, and fairly private but not quite the same range of opportunities as we had before ... I'm sure we'll manage though.

I'm pleased you said I looked relaxed, Amiche because I've been wanting be so in photos for a long time and now it seems to be happening .. perhaps feeling more settled has helped. The garden here is not as beautiful as the one we had, and it certainly needs some work (we just haven't had the time), but it will certainly provide a good backdrop for more photos.

Glad you are getting there. We're doing something similar. Not two into one but clearing nearly forty years or accumulated belongings. It is taking far longer than I'd thought. It's difficult to decide what to keep and what is to go, isn't it?

No nude sun bathing then , how will Vanessa get that lovely body tanned all over. I can’t imagine Vanessa with tan lines, that’s a lie , of course I can in fact I am and she’s totally gorgeous. All the naughty bits are white and high lighted , different but oh so nice. I guess it’s just going to mean more trips to the nude beach. The house sounds very nice I hope you both will be very happy there.

Thank you Richard for these wonderful photos, I was hoping to see more of the lovely Vanessa in that polka-dot dress, which suits her so well and looks amazing. And no wonder , she says she had it specially made for her, money well spent.
