Actually the "true" definintion of a voyuer is one who sees. Specifically, one who habitually seeks sexual gratification through visual means.
So in essence anyone who derives sexual stimulation and gratification through visual means is a voyuer.. which probably includes just about everyone. So yes, watching a porn movie or looking at a nudie magazine is a type of voyuerism.
The downside of voyuerism would be those that can only derive sexual gratification by watching.
It should be a facet of ones sexuality, but if it is the whole of ones sexual definition then well, I am not sure.

I definitely agree with the case that you make, but for voyeurism to rise to the level of a fetish, doesn't that require more than just watching folks screwing on TV?
