Dear Mrs. Thump,

Over the past six months, your husband, Mr. Thumpity Thump has been causing quite a commotion in our store. We cannot tolerate this
type of behavior and have considered banning the entire family from
shopping in any of our stores.

We have documented all incidents on our video
surveillance equipment. Three of our clerks are attending counseling
from
the trouble your husband has caused.
All complaints against Mr. Fenton have been compiled and are listed
below.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
MEMO: RE: Mr. Bill Fenton - Complaints - Things Mr.
Bill Fenton has done while his spouse was shopping in our store:
1. April 15: Took 24 boxes of condoms and randomly put
them in people's carts when they weren't looking.
2. May 2: Set all the alarm clocks in House wares to go off at 5-
minute
intervals.
3. May 7: Made a trail of tomato juice on the floor leading to the
restroom s.
4. May 19: Walked up to an employee and told her in an
official tone, 'Code 3' in house wares..... and watched what happened.
5. May 30: Went to the Service Desk and asked to put a bag of M&M's on
lay away.
6. June 4: Moved a 'CAUTION - WET FLOOR' sign to a carpeted area.
7. June 15: Set up a tent in the camping department and told other
shoppers he'd invite them in if they'll bring pillows from the bedding
department.
8. June 23: When a clerk asks if they can help
him, he begins to cry
and asks, 'Why can't you people just leave me alone?'
9. July 3: Looked right into the security camera;
used it as a mirror, and picked his nose.
10. July 15: While handling guns in the hunting
department, asked the clerk if he knows where the antidepressants are.
11. July 31: Darted around the store suspiciously
loudly humming the "Mission Impossible" theme.
12. August 2: In the auto department, practiced his
"Madonna look" using different size funnels.
13. August 11: Hid in a clothing rack and when people
browse through, yelled "PICK ME!" "PICK ME!"
14. August 13: When an announcement came over the
loud speaker, he assumes the fetal position and screams "NO! NO! It's
those voices again!!!!"
And; last, but not least!)
15. August 14: Went into a fitting room, shut the
door and waited awhile;
then, yelled, very loudly, "Anybody have a wet washcloth?!"
ROFLMAOOOOOOOO!!!!
Hey GH, I think you got Thump on that one.....
I just couldn't resist! I saw it in the Laughter thread ... changed a few words ... a viola! Tailor-made for our Thump :rolleyes:
Good one GB.....you had me laughing!!!!
hmmm that reminds me of a few years ago when one of the local radio stations sent their 'chore boy' into one of the local WalMarts and had him goto random intercom phones around the store, first being very calm and announcing that there was a monkey loose in the store....he hung up quickly so as to not raise attention that it was him and then casually walked around the store for a little while until he found another phone and made the same announcement, albeit a little bit more stressful sounding....finally after 1 or two more announcements of the same, he finished with the announcement that the money had been caught and that the employees were now 'spanking the monkey'.....upon the cessation of this last announcement, he made his way out of the store and into the unknown...
then again this is the same guy that on another occasion went into the local HEB (thump you should know HEB well - for those that dont know HEB is the local supermarket chain in San Antonio and Austin) wearing nothing but a pink thong and browsed in the produce section for awhile, asking the produce clerk questions the banana's and cucumbers
anyway, sorry to hijack the thread, but that sounded like something thump might do....hmmm always wondered what happened to that radio guy...now I know...it's THUMP!!
And here I thought it *was* you ... lol. {{{{{{{thump}}}}}
These sound like really fun people to shop with. I'd like to go shopping with someone like that. I know, the Dalai Lama says, "Be the change you wish to see in the world," but I just don't think I could get over my shyness to do any of that. :D
