[Master_Kain]

He felt rested after he woke. Some of the crew had ribbed him for sleeping through the rest of the voyage and slacking off. He was scratching his head as he waved to the crew. Only to turn around and see you standing next to a very large burly man. It took only one look to put the figure to his name, Hercules.

"I'm Aylward. As to the whom well I'd rather not mention it again, but I think you can take a guess. She gets a bit annoyed I think hearing his name."

He held out his arm to Hercules, shaking the man's hand. A small wince as that grip gets painful for but a moment a non too subtle warning I would gather.

 

[Asa]

Father sent him Felana. Temple attack I would guess I have found little to explain who it was outside of Ares complaints...

About disobedient humans yes that's his problem not mine let's go show me what you have found little brother.

 

[Master_Kain]

He nodded as Zeus was brought up and about the attack on the temple. Thinking about it made him think of the battle and what he witnessed.

"Yeah, a bunch of no-good guys with no respect for anything. What does Ares have to do with it though? I mean he is our God of War shouldn't he been supporting us?"

He couldn't fathom the idea that the Greek gods would be so petty as to drag in these outsiders and cause problems for their own people and in this case family.

"Any leads on where they went would be appreciated. I know they ran off with several temple relics and treasures."

 

[Asa]

Our brother will find bands of warriors to take care of a problem and sometimes they... Do other things as well on their way or while in the area.

It seems that this may be what has happened or someone else wants him to look bad and made their own deal.

She and Herc stood there for a moment.

Discord? No, she...

She thought a minute longer before sighing.

Let's go find her.

He listened to the two of you converse about family and who might be up to what. Discord would make sense. He really hoped it wasn't though as how do you deal with a Goddess of Discord that can turn friends on one another?

"This sounds like an amazingly bad idea. So which direction?"

 

[Asa]

Inland our niece is seldom far from her shrine unless she is up to something.

Here nodded and walked with them.

We may pass one of Ares shrines on the way perhaps talk to him as well sister?

Oh I will no doubt have to rip answers out of both of them before this is over.

So which one is first Ares, or Discord?

He walked along beside them looking around as he did. The sights were more familiar being back in Greece, noticing a merchant selling some basic arms he looked around at them and tested one or two before passing. Heavy-ended blades of low quality he would do better fighting and wrestling bear-handed than wearing himself out swinging something like that.

 

[Asa]

A voice behind them had her turning quick and her other brother by the throat as he tried to say.

Did a soldier.... Call... To me... Greetings sister... H...herc

 

[Master_Kain]

He turned as the voice was heard. Seeing Herc by the throat as someone was behind him. His visage was not what he had expected but that he asked if a Soldier had called him he deducted it must be Ares in the flesh.

"Gonna have to learn to not name names around you two arn't I?"

 

[Asa]

She loosened her grip on Area.

What did you do or who did this twisting your orders because you are not stupid enough to have your fathers temple.attacked like that.

 

[Master_Kain]

His eyes went wide as she starts to manhandle the God of War. Wondering if she is as strong as Herc.

"I guess that is one way to get answers."

 

[Asa]

Ares straightened himself up and sighed.

Yes they were supposed to be carrying out a task for me but in m defense, I thought little of the burn scar on their leader that resembled my daughter's symbol. Hindsight however...

Before he could finish Felana was gone stalking further northward headed for Discord before pausing.

Herc go see what our infernal cousin Cerce is up to as well

"So what should I expect when we get there? You going to drag her ass to her uncle for punishment or dish it out yourself?"

He ran to catch up with her and Maku, waving to Herc as hec went a different direction to check in on another family member for information.

"Any idea who this man with the scar is?"

 

[Asa]

Ares quickly followed his sister knowing what was coming.

She would dish out far more than I ever could.

She glared at that comment.

I wouldn't have to if you petty CHILDREN would think before you act or have humans act on your behalf Brother. A burned mark of Discord's temple was a blaring clue that you chose to ignore. Did you even stop to think it might not have even been HUMAN?

 

[Master_Kain]

Ok So we are not having to go after her directly right, we just need to nab this guy with her mark. Human or DemiHuman I don't think really matters here besides how difficult it will be to coerce them into coming along.

So do we have any idea where they might be or is that why we are still headed towards Discord's temple?

 

[Asa]

If she has had any hand in this she will summon her warrior whoever he was and we will deal with him and her

She snarled as they walked. Even Ares seemed to give her plenty of room. Maku just walked along.

 

[Master_Kain]

He could tell she was in no mood for chit chat. Ares backed off and Maku walked beside her. Aylward ran to catch up walking beside her.

Its ok we will handle this together. Not leaving you to do this alone.

Very well.

Maku nodded to him accepting his help. A days travel had them at Discord's temple and a very stunned Discord staring at her trying to slam closed the door before her sword was thrown and found it's way between the doors preventing her from fully closing them.

We need to talk dear niece... Now!

 

[Master_Kain]

He watched as he sword went flying. He raced towards the doors as they were kept from closing. He pushed hard and budged the doors back open just as Felana got up to them.

Her sword was grabbed and tossed back to her so she would have it if needed. Shouldering the door open more as he made room for everyone to get inside

 

[Asa]

What did you do Discord and summon it here NOW! Who did it attack fathers temple?

She roared as the young Goddess looked almost terrified.

I should have known the old fool would summon you.

She tried to act tough.

But the fact that you actually showed up with my father and a mortal is surprising.

She planted Discord against the wall.

Whoever it was pays or you do!

 

[Master_Kain]

He watched as you yelled andc demanded her champion to be summoned. Hev watched around as you focused on her expecting some kind of surprise attack.

You Cant trust she will do anything honorably

 

[Asa]

Her life is far more important to her than her minions.

Ares stood back watching. He had been on the receiving end of that rate before and knew better than to interfere. True to what he said Discord did prefer to live and summoned the leader of the men she knew her father would have used. Then drawing the warped soul from it the almost human-like energy stood before her.

 

[Master_Kain]

Watching the exchange taking place. The energy form rather disturbing.

He was almost dead long ago and she made a deal. Now the deal had better be forfeit for it attacking a temple of Zeus. Right Niece!!!

Discord growled out pissed that her plan failed.

He looked around between the three others in the room. Ares being quiet, Discord obviously pissed, and Felana acting large and in charge. Fuck you are even sexier while you are all demanding
