Ok, basically, i read things way too quickly, misunderstood things, and got everything mixed up and poor jeff confused as hell.
so to clarify things...delaney asked kimi for help, she hauled her into her office for interrogation, delaney ran off and slammed into whoever was in her way, then fainted her sorry ass on the floor in front of them. and now iyou two can haul delaney's unconscious ass out of the way for a few minutes, while mireillle (aka me) goes to get something to eat.

Oh, um, I think I was the only one confused. And, just so you know, your character doesn't have to be unconscious for you to get food in RL. Just go get the food, everything will still be here when you get back. I mean, we can wait.

And that leaves Jeff without any food for a bit longer, unless Stefan (or is it Stephan?) brought some up. And it also looks like you'll have to edit your post again, to indicate that Stefan (Stephan) went up alone while Andrei collected some food, which probably got knock to the floor when Del ran into him.

You know that's a good question. They are brothers, but probably not from the same litter. So, let's have Andrei be Jeff's older brother, probably 25 to 50 years older.
