Unless you want to go with the Latino side of the family, yes, Andrei would look sorta like Jeff. It's the Greek in the family. Of course, the Latino side of the family would look similar took, except more Hispanic, and a decidedly different accent.

Anyways, yes, we are both from the US. I'm a couple hundred miles east of the West Coast, and Angel is on the East Coast.
