I'm telling ya...Last night a friend who has known me since my conservative evangelical days told me I couldn’t do phone sex, that I would need a script. She has NO idea! I’m still chuckling today.

It's a shame I can only give that 1 love reaction. Needs more!FansOnly/OnlyFans/whatever it’s called… here I cum!![]()
Thank you! I couldn’t work it out in time for the call I needed to keep a record of, but I will look into that for future reference! It looks like you need an app, there’s nothing on the iPhone that allows it. I found this article on what apps are good: https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-record-calls-on-an-iphone
Also, they talk about needing consent of the other party in some places, but it’s US based, not sure what the laws are in the UK
Last TuesdayWhen did the site get revamped?!?
Nice, will take some getting used to.Last Tuesday
It's amazing to me when people with a decent sized platform say nothing about injustices for fear of "being political" or because it doesn't fit their curated narrative. Or when they make it about themselves ("ugh, haven't we been through enough!" or "now I really have to avoid social media because it's too depressing"). Selecting what you stay silent about is way louder than you'd think.
Why do they have to speak up about injustices or be political, or for that matter have any skin in the game? Just because someone has a large media platform due to being some form of celebrity or influencer doesn't give them insight or informed critical thinking abilities. One of the things that disturb me is some of these same people spouting off and then backtracking because they didn't wait for the facts before doing so. I respect people who know what they're talking about more than those who speak from emotion and group think or personal bias. So why can't any of these people just choose not to speak? So much this. Not being political generally means you don't think you have any skin in the game.
I don't fault your observations but they're also somewhat of a deflection. And no I'm not arguing or belittling you, this is objective discussion. Why can't a performer simply say that they choose to keep their political beliefs to themselves but are paying attention to what is said and learning? Or... I choose not to have anything to do with racism or hate and feel pity for those who fail to see differently. I don't believe in the power of comedians or other artists who've lived in the entertainment bubble. Passion is one thing but being informed and speaking from a solid knowledge base means more to me,So, as it turns out, comics have the answer: With great power comes great responsibility
But also, as noted, there's a difference between saying "I don't want to support a candidate" and "I don't want to speak up about racist mobs".
If you don't want to do the latter, you are siding with the mob.
Someone saying they choose not to have anything to do with racism is denying the fact that it’s all around us. That’s coming from a place of privilege, because that person has never had racism impact their life.I don't fault your observations but they're also somewhat of a deflection. And for better or worse, people who are well known are looked up to by others, especially younger people. I’d much rather the next generations be influenced by people who are actively trying to make the world better, rather than just enjoying their life without care that others are suffering
Repeating that just tells me that you either failed to read or understand my first paragraph. No one in the US has completely *nothing* to do with racism. That’s like saying a fish has nothing to do with the water it’s swimming in. It’s all around us. As I said already, choosing not to have anything to do with it is a privilege, it means the person is simply ignoring the injustice around them."Or... I choose not to have anything to do with racism or hate and feel pity for those who fail to see differently. "
The above outtake is someone saying they're not having anything to do with racism or hate. Is this not the same as I will not participate in racism or hate? Have they not said that in saying they choose not to have anything to do with it? Or is it necessary to say "I hate racists and all things to do with racism" to be more of a statement?
I'm not saying you've tried to twist words because we don't know each other and I've not read all of your posts or discussed such in detail with you. What I know if you is that you care deeply about a lot of things as well as your beliefs. But I will say that I have seen others do just this for varied reasons. Isn't it better to ask for clarification first? Which is another of the reasons I dislike immediate responses from public figures.
You don’t have to necessarily know what you’re talking about to, say, know that’s Putin is a piece of shit. What facts are you waiting for on that? If you can speak up for, say, the rights of trans people, you can speak out against what Russia is doing. I’m not talking about celebrities. I’m talking about everyday folks who, because of their profession or influence, have a minor platform with which to share. Why do they have to speak up about injustices or be political, or for that matter have any skin in the game?
