I couldn't picture myself doing that, actually.

I guess... whenever I have seen someone spitting in life, outside of a porn, it was to emphasize disgust, or to spit on someone else as a form of showing dislike... I can only associate it with disrespect, something I couldn't do to a lover.

Again, no offense, never mean to yuck someone else's yum, but that's one thing I couldn't do.

It's none of my business if others enjoy it, it's just too strongly tied to abuse in my mind, so that just strips it of its erotic value, to me.

If others don't have that hang up and everyone is consenting, it is just a bodily fluid.

For me there is a difference between "spitting" and "sloppy kissing/saliva exchange". I wouldn't go for spitting but have had a woman who used to enjoy french kissing, taking my tongue into her mouth and sucking on it, or caressing it with her lips.
