What are we all writing right now?

I'm first drafting parts 15 & 16 of Mailgirls Down Under. So many loose ends, and I'm about to add some more. At the moment, part 16 is looking to be more fun that part 15 which means I'm juggling stuff around. Not fussed, it will all be all right on the night...

I am either writing chapter two or the second half of chapter 1 of my first LW story. I am not sure if I am going to combine the two elements into a single chapter or keep them seperate.

Closing in on the end of "Bound to the Blade". I'm at 12k words, and wondering whether I should end with a sex scene.

I should end with a sex scene, shouldn't I?

I'd already written most of Chapter Four of The Cuckquean's Contract, but held off on finishing due to the recent slow phase in approving story submissions. Now that the third chapter is officially out, I'm gonna finish the fourth chapter this weekend (maybe) and then submit it.

Despite having been here a couple years, I've only recently been submitting stories, and an audio.
I wrote one piece, which I figured would be one and done, but I liked how I wrote the characters, so I figured I'd make a series. Part 2 involves a private yoga lesson (cliché, I know) and 3 is CNC. I've got parts of 4 and 5 in my head.

Is Literotica always this slow? Zero response to any support queries and things are taking days to publish. Is that normal?

I wrote a detailed synopsis for a new story that I think will go to Romance--someday, whenever it's written and gets a name. Just a few more wrinkles to iron out and I'll start putting flesh on the bones. Briefly, Laura is proudly independent, but she wants a baby and her biological clock is ticking. Nick wants a relationship and needs to convince her that he's the man to change her life.

Not a contest story. It might get two or three views in Romance.

Jurassic Park fanfic erotica with original characters.

Tagline: Everyone is fucked, so why not fuck?

This was borne purely of peer pressure.

Completely stalled out on all my stories 😭 I started to write for the winter contest but gave up. It was about a woman experiencing a green Christmas for the first time and reminiscing about some steamy cold winters. Another one was about a fae helping a poor kid. He is carefully not breaking fae rules so he doesn't accidentally bring the girl into his world. The kid grows up, they fall in love blah blah.

So I'm just watching Star Trek and waiting for inspiration *shrug*

I'm trying something new. The story is being completely told through YouTube vlogs and the comment section. So far, so good. We'll see if I can tie it all together.

From an entry about a cloned wife in the story ideas forum.

A husband and wife decide on a clone as a live in maid. More expensive then a robot or drone; it’s a status thing. I want to describe the world seen through new eyes. I want to write a scene in a park where, like one of my grandchildren, every time he saw an ant or insect it was new and so fascinating. I also want the clone to become a real person at the end. That may be hard to wrangle.

So far 1000 words written, and the husband is looking at the beautiful new body (sleeping) and reaching out to the breasts, so like his wife’s. A bit NC.

You all could be writing a story for my event! Also that’s what I should be writing. Not a lot of writing happening around these parts lately though. Maybe over the weekend.

I've done 1500 words of mine. I just have one other story to finish first. Or perhaps two. No, wait, three...

Mainly poetry right now.
Not erotic and nothing anyone will ever see, but it helps me to get the darkness out of my head and on a page.
Yes, poetry I write my hand and then I burn it.
Never even read it.
But it’s the act of writing it that is important for me. And it actually helps.

Anyone else do this?

My muse is not cooperating lately. The two stories I am close to finishing are going nowhere, so I'm going to switch it up and try something new. I have had an idea for a piece in the Essays and Reviews category in the form of an oral history. Sort of a mockumentary with sexual overtones. I know no one will read it in that category, but it has been gestating for a while and I think it is ready to be written.

How would you feel about Jurassic Park erotica being entered in your event? 'cause Liz is turning out to be a bit of a badass.

I used to. My husband has convinced me to stop burning things if only to avoid setting off the fire alarm.

(Seriously, I used to burn all of my stories after getting them written. I didn't live in a place that was safe for them to be found.)
