That is Hans Zimmer's "Our Destiny Lies Above Us", from Interstellar. I prefer the original, especially when accompanied, in a medley, by a compelling visual (no, not that ... look closer). It starts at 6:15:

If I'm doing space music, I prefer M83, which, by the way, is the next two songs (from "Oblivion") in the medley vid I linked.

That said, the basilica, and its organ, and the organist, are all wonderful.
