My mom was “The Cheerleader”. It was like, her title.

Wallflower seems perfect for me.

But I was just thinking, with my can-do attitude, maybe in another life, I’d be more like “The Water Girl”. Keeping the team satiated, no matter how demanding and unrewarding. Only noticed when something, when she’s lacking.

All of us act differently around different people. I certainly wouldn't act the way I do here around my family. But that doesn't mean that any of those different versions of ourselves are not the "real" us.

That being said some people definitely put on a mask to manipulate people into getting what they want.

I don’t have any alts and have only ever had this account.

Some of the alts I have encountered are from people who didn’t seem to get the attention they were craving as one user so create another account to try and get what they are looking for. I just wish they would realise that they can change their name as many times as they like but that isn’t going to change their personality!

The other reason is that they keep getting banned like @Mo_Bandy

I'm definitely my alter ego on here... the real me is quiet, very observant, and pretty sweet actually .... don't tell anyone I have thread cred to maintain

I'm exactly the same. Maybe a little quieter and calmer than people expect. I come off more confident because I'm not announcing my intrusive thoughts constantly.
