I always lose, so coops are the only time I get to taste the sweet, sweet victory.

I do stupid things in games just because something is cute or interesting. Like, for example in Wingspan I always pick the cutest birds regardless of what they are, and I absolutely refuse to play any birds of prey because fuck the birds that would eat my cute hummingbird. Sometimes, rarely, it pays off. I try not to play like that in coops, but what can I do, I’m not the most strategic thinker.

This is one of the reasons I love wingspan! I can play for all sorts of victory conditions.

And in general I rarely play any games enough to optimize strategies. So I play by instinct and curiosity to see what would happen.

I do play coops to win but the narrative is also important. What would my character do. I won’t screw the table by doing it, but I’ll make it clear we’re only winning cause we all lack imagination
