I started A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas to see what the hype is about. It's terrible, but I have to finish it.

It gets better by the end. The first book is the toll you have to pay for the next two.

I couldn't do it, but I've heard that from others too. I don't like the main character so I gave up.
