sort of a mind fuck if i'm honest. i'm far enough in now that i get how it works, but it still makes me a bit upset at the end of each chapter.

That is an incredibly good description.

I may return to it at some point, see how it lands this time. I did enjoy it but it wasn't wholly satisfying.

I finished listening to A Serial Killer's Guide to Marriage by Asia Mackay (highly unrealistic but enjoyable) and started Slade House by David Mitchell. I'm also reading 1984. And I need to start Frankenstein for spooky season.

Definitely not one of the best ones. I'm in a re-read phase. Third time going through the Reacher series. I enjoy re-reads of books or series that I like
