What Book Are You Currently Reading?

Still reading Fairytale by Stephen King. It’s been slow going. I expected a little bit more of a face paced story from him. I’m going to finish because I do want to know what happens, but geesh.
Fairy Tale was one of my favorite SK novels, but I agree, it moves slowly. His books have such a slow burn build up..I hope you enjoy the rest, I thought it was a really great story altogether! I'm a SK junkie though so I'm a bit biased. :)

I was just reading the poetry of Sappho (the Anne Carson translations). I really should get back into reading The Missing Thread by Daisy Dunn. I've been busy with crocheting and such, though.

I’m reading a book about the history of notebooks! It’s called The Notebook: a history of thinking on paper by Roland Allen.

Hello haven't checked in a while. Listened to these in no particular order.
"Educated" by Tara Westover
"Troublemaker" by Leah Remini
" The housemaid trilogy" by Freida McFadden
"a walk in the woods" by Bill Bryson
"Remain" by Nicholas sparks & M. Night Shyamalan
"Gone before goodbye" Harlan Coben & Reese Witherspoon
and I highly recommend
"THEO OF GOLDEN" BY Allen Levi
All good books!
oh and the complete works of Walter Tevis. Queens gambit, the hustler and the color of money to name a few.

Prince Lestat by Anne Rice. I loved the Vampire Chronicles when I was in high school but it's been at least 10 years since I've read one. Thought I'd give the new one a shot.
How is it? The Vampire Chronicles is how I fell in love with reading as a teen.

WILD THING: A Life of Paul Gauguin, by Sue Prideaux
(A really good read)

Bookish: How reading shapes our lives by Lucy Mangan.

I’m only a two chapters in, but it’s a fun read so far.

Finished Girl, 11 by Amy Suiter Clark yesterday.

Non Fiction: Four Red Sweaters by Lucy Adlington

Fiction: Monster by S.E. Green
