Hahaha!! I was just coming in here to say the same thing, only ya know... I'm a girl and smell like Vicks vaporub!

I discovered them about 2 years ago, they have changed my life.
I got my hands on some rose oil and mix it with Rosewater for a refreshing mist.

Got to have some patchouli and lavender to sleep...

Rose I can completely do without, but tea tree and peppermint have saved my life! We make our own fly spray for the horses with all sorts of oils. I LOVE the way it smells.

Denny------- When I was a kid my mom put that on our chest everytime our nose ran or we sneezed.

The best thing about leaving my first job was getting away from the old ladies who use a gallon of "Old Septic Tank" everday.

I understand, rose reminds me of my grandma, some oils just don't mix for everyone.
We have had a problem with ants and ticks here - so have made up some blends for the puppy and one for the house - ticks don't bother with him now and the ants have looked for another home.

I love the smell of Bergamot. Don't know if you've ever tried but one of my favorite mixes is Ylang-Ylang and Myrrh.

Peppermint oil is very invigorating.


Right now, I'm just happy I no longer smell like bug spray.
