I’ve lived in one of those places - we called it a Women’s Institute though. The good thing is that she does keep walking away, and that’s a really good sign that eventually she will do it permanently. Doesn’t make it any easier in the meantime, I know!

For me? A colleague (loose definition, as much as I have colleagues) for whom things aren't going so well. I really thought this guy had a great work situation, but turns out not so much.
