What made you smile or laugh today? Part IV

My first vacation trip just started! Yay!

Bye home for a little while, bye work for a long while!

My weekly visit to a dog-owning client. I love dogs but allergies mean I can’t be around them for too long so it’s great to “borrow” one for a while :D

My small town. I was at the post office, picking up several parcels...I walk with a cane...the Postmistress grabbed them and took them out to my truck for me. An unexpected kindness.:)

I did smile when I read these pandemic related slang terms:rolleyes:

✔ Hand sani
✔ Pandemic pudge / Covid kilos
✔ Morning Presser
✔ Maskhole
✔ Rat lickers

Do hedgehogs roam freely??

I’m not sure what your asking, but I think the answer is yes?

I mean, they just live here, like squirrels and bunnies and such. It’s not like they’re everywhere here, but they’re wild animals and aren’t anybody’s pet or anything like that. Is that what you meant? :D

Do hedgehogs roam freely??

Yes, they usually come out when it’s getting dark though.
We have one living in our garden, but we usually just see it a few times each summer.
Once when we were sitting out in the twilight, it came out and went right up to our cat and started smelling her. She was totally stressed out about it until she decided on a time tested problem solving technique, that is to ignore it all and pretend it didn’t happen.

This might be the most basic thing I ever say. But Fortnite had the Ariana Grande rift tour.

It’s… so freaking pretty. It’s so pink and pastel and there’s wings. And you get Piggy Smallz the pig with her skin.

Ice cream by the pool? Yes, please!

I’m going through my belongings for the upcoming move. Among other cool (ie. nerdiest you can imagine) books, I have a morphological dictionary of Tundra Nenets. Definitely a keeper!

You never know when you might have an urgent need to see how to conjugate a verb in imperfective probabilitative aorist or hortative. I can’t even imagine how embarrassing it’d be if I used superprobabilitative instead of hyperprobabilitative. This book is practically a lifesaver.
