I found some on pet.com. I’ve a hefty boy tuxedo cat and he’s older. These steps are solid. I can easily use them for an extra seat.

It's the Gorilla brand but it's exhaust wrap for patching. Made for this purpose. Heated up, it wil form to the pipe and harden

This is a patch, but the right way to do it. Welding might work but ultimately, the pipe will need replaced.
