*that virtually every news station promised after the debacle in 2000 that they would not jump the gun early and call any states until after a vote had been reasonably well established and last night virtually all of them were calling states within moments of polls closing.*
*that once again we are going to have an election that is won or lost on semantics*
*that I am now feel sick to my stomach after seeing the conservative right wing lurch this country seems to be taking*
*that I got phone calls into the wee hours from the campaign asking if I would join them in protests this morning and over the next few days! No! In fact hell NO! The country is divided enough already. The probability that we might pull Ohio out of our asses is minimal and frankly even if we do, how are we one iota better for doing that then the Bush camp was 4 years ago for arguing for FLorida? For whatever reason, no matter how wrong I think the choices are, the American people seem to have made their choice, and while I will never support George W. Bush, while I will never call him MY president, I will also not be party to driving an even further wedge thru this nation by arguing semantics and unknown contigencies. Let it go. We have a hard enough road ahead of us, let's not complicate things further.*
*that in addittion to feeling physically tired and psychologically worn down from my damn life I had to spend 90% of my night last night dealing with some serious belly pain that wouldn't ease up and made it impossible for me to sleep.*

I have been known to do that on occasion. Simply because I don't feel that all of lit needs to know all my business.

thanks. I will get over it in time I know. At least I am intelligent enough to know if I cannot deal with something on my own to get help and not wait years after to get it. I have already started on the road.
