After keeping my ill children home for the week, and catching what they have. Ugh, frustrating because I had things to do!!

Definitely flu and cold season. Tired, achy, fever, chills, headache...and just damned cranky. These are the days I wish I had a snuggle buddy.

I dislike that one of my friends thinks "Yeah, but you've never sexually touched a woman" is both a funny and an apt reply to anything I say that he doesn't like. Everybody else but him understands the point of bantering is to be entertaining and fast, not to score points, and yet he acts like I've crossed the line when I do the same thing and poke a sore spot.

Also, while I accept I wasn't right to snoop, I did also find out that earlier on, when we were at his, he was asking a bunch of people to come over and join us with the implication it was because I sucked at conversation. I'm not great at talking, sure, but that's not exactly the friendliest thing to do.
