What really pisses me off.

Poor bunny and cars and clothes. What's a sweet lil subbie to do? Laundry and find a Dom that's got an extra clean and good car that's what lol.

And while I'm resurrecting this thread once again...It pisses me off when certain people have full inbox's for pm's. Dammit clean it out periodically.

here's something that pisses me off:

my car. or rather, my dad's car since mine's all wrecked and destroyed. it's a honda civic that's as old as i am (20 years). it's a stick shift, which i didn't know how to drive a week ago, it has no air conditioning, no music of any kind, the seats get superheated and burn me so badly i had to put a towel down, the headrest keeps snagging my hair and ripping several individual pieces, it's very slow on the start-up, it smells like cat poo because a cat pooed in it, and the doors don't lock.

but its still running cause its a Honda!!!!!!! :)

They never seem to completely die...... I'll always buy Hondas.

yeah, this honda is surprisingly reliable. i can't believe it's still fine after twenty years. i've managed to kill cars in only two or three.

The first two cars I had I blew up the engine in both in under a year. HEHE that's total for both so I averaged one every six months. Then I bought a 90 Cavalier that finally died about six months ago. I could have had it fixed but decided that it wasn't worth it and bought a new car. But that little cavalier was my baby, reliable, five speed and just perfect. It made so many trips and ended up with so many miles that I still have it sitting across from the house in the parking lot. I just can't bring myself to donate it or junk it yet. LOL. Oh well, I guess I should do that soon.

heh, i've got a mazda 626 that's been sitting in my parking lot for about a year now. i destroyed it by driving it after the serpentine belt snapped, and i just haven't been able to face it since!

That was my car before my current one. I left it with my flatmates while I was living in Australia for 18 months, and they drove it into the ground. When I got back, it was dead. So I had to buy a new car (well, new to me). A Nissan Maxima... yummiest car I have ever driven!

let me just make a wild stab in the dark here - transmission problems? mazda 626's are infamous for that...

Nope. It "lost smoke". Head gasket blew. It was a manual transmission (my Nissan is the first automatic I've had, and enough grunt that I don't miss the manual.) The fect that my flatmate had caved in one of the doors as well also didn't inspire me to get the car fixed. So... new car time! And I've never regretted the change. I do quite a bit of driving, so my Maxima is lovely for long distance.

One of my clients is a car rental company, and the comment from one of the staff was that for a reliable car, buy Japanese -- their quality control is much better. This is over the European and American and Australian cars. Not that we get a lot of American models out here. (We have Ford, but it's all Japanese assembled.)

cars are like politics - everyone's got an opinion even if they don't know it! :p

i'll be getting a new car soon, and i've been getting different advice from everyone! the only consistant thing i've heard is that the honda i'm driving is super reliable. 20 years old and still running fine - i guess everyone's right!

but anyway, we're not Click and Clack, so i'll drop my ill-informed car talk now!

I can just see bunny at the car sales yard...

"So it comes with seat belts? The full restraint ones?"

...trying to think of other kinky things to look for in a car, but my brain isn't working.

is there enough room for a person to lie down flat in the back? no? well, how about up on all fours...?

now...could these leather seats actually heat up enough to seriously hurt someone? or is the pain just superfun - i mean superficial..?

Would have to be black leather then!

Memory lane

The first car I had was a Toyota (stick). It ran wonderfully, but was so rusted out even a light wind pushed it around. One time I kicked the fender and my foot went through it. Then all these ants poured out. The was a colony in there, literally.

It pisses me off when my employees want to know about my personal life...what fucking business is it of yours who I am sleeping, screwing, going to the club with. Why can't people mind their own business?

I like that one...Where I work it is a gossip mill also, and they are always trying to start shit. Saying oh he touched her or so and so slept with someone else. Personally who the fuck cares?

self service check out lines in grocery stories really piss me off
