Any feedback on the peanut butter and mustard?

It's a work in progress. I'm missing the peanut butter and mustard part of the equation. I'm also thinking about tweaking the recipe to include bacon and cheese. I'm gonna call it The Frankenstein's Munstard Sandwich.
