No, that was TypeFu. It was part of my peanut butter and mustard challenge.

I buy a bushel of Hatch every year..............hot. That medium stuff isn't worth messing with. There is nothing like the smell of roasting chiles.

Last night was homemade sushi. Chirashi bowls because my nigiri game sucks. But I found a nice assortment of fish at the Japanese market: yellowtail, salmon, chutoro, seared albacore, and salmon eggs.

Tonight is Japanese curry over rice. It’s about time for me to clean the kitchen so I can start cooking.

Track MissK's posts, The canned green chile doesn't work too well. Fresh or frozen Hatch chile is the best. I can get it locally and apparently MissK has her own sources.
