It’s probably the really tiny island in the right edge of the pic. There was a bigger island too, but it was really close to the castle and now the footbridge to the castle goes through it, so it’s not private at all. Obviously in the medieval times there was no footbridge, so it might have been the big island too. But he wrote that it was small.

Neither of them are very private, though, because this tiny island is clearly visible, too. *
