Hopefully bad timing?

We last met up on Sunday for some fun times, and everything was fine. Then on Monday I did the thing, after that crickets. I asked today if something's up, and now he's blocked me everywhere as far as I can see. So pretty unlikely it's just bad timing.

We'd been talking for over a month and met up for sexy fun times 5 times, a few times just for coffee/beer before that. I thought it was all dandy. I really don't know what happened and I feel pretty bad about jumping through the particular hoop that I did on Monday.
