Tuesday, Wed, Thur, and today still. It's a methodology I guess you could call it that, I have the tools to understand it all but I am in awe of the great minds that put it all together in the first place. Btw the starting point was circa 300 BC.

Yesterday .... blood work results and readings that were out of normal ranges. I didn't kown what they were determining so I looked them up. All's good I'm still alive ... at least so far.

For Lit rules, I always do my best to follow them. I can't bear to think of the consequences if we don't and we need constant reminders to do so. If we don't get castigated for our complete lack of conformity to said rules our solar system will stop spinning and Saturn will come crashing into Earth obliterating all life as we know it. So we have to follow the rules.

What is completely from scratch? I made grilled chicken, rice and green beans for dinner yesterday. But the chicken was deskined and deboned at the store. The marinade was from a bottle. The green beans were frenched and frozen. Does this count?I don’t need you to be sorry, I’m not even sure what the Lit rules are. My meals can never last the week, I do make things that we cannot eat in one sitting so it goes in the fridge for the night or two, I specifically do this so I can have a fast food experience the next day or days. The rice, spags etc is cooked prior to serving.
